The staff at the front desk were really friendly and welcoming. This is very good customer service and professional (Kamahl & Saffron). The lady and the gentleman at the front desk are top people. Regarding the products and services, they are now customising the phone plans individually as you like which is great. The store is nice, sophisticated and modern.

We continue to be impressed with O2 in Bromley. We recently had the good fortune to be served by Toheeb, one of the best sales associates we have ever met. In addition to being very knowledgeable and giving us a surprisingly low price on our new contract, he was personable, engaging and kind. We highly recommend the O2 shop in Bromley, and working with Toheeb if he is available.

Upgraded my phone online but found it did not have signal or connect. Advised by O2 to either wait for new sim via post or go into nearest o2 store to sort. Attended Store and staff were very helpful. Sorted out my phone in quick time. Excellent customer service. Thkq ?

I was in the Store to search for a Cover Case for my Phone. And to buy a Region Unlocked Phone Samsung S23 FE Mint 256 DS. The Emplyoee see me with his eyes looked at me like I was a thief and treated me like one as he looked me over and decided not to be very friendly and recommended that even though they sold region unlocked phones I should buy them somewhere else. Either it was very condescending because of my appearance or it was even racist. I will report this incident to the O2 headquarters.
