Bromley 02 EXCELLENT. Croydon 02 shop waited OVER 3 hours to buy a NEW PHONE. So gave up and WALKED OUT. Bromley branch walked in and was SERVED IMMEDIATELY. TOP BANANA. Jack.

This store is terrible really terrible..I place an order check and collect and I went to the store for it one normal guy called Anthony call himself team leader ask for ID before even looking at my order and I was like when I was placing the order the company o2 didn?t ask me to take an ID along but anyways I have my ID on my phone he shouted No in a disrespectful manner but one white lady came and he didn?t ask for ID he?s been discriminating ..wish that?s the only store he can work there ..just cancel my order and I picked another store and they didn?t ask for my ID

Went in for my switch up upgrade, small wait as it was busy. When I was seen the service was exemplary, friendly and the staff very knowledgeable. Took the time to help my transfer my apps and other data to the new device. Thank you for great service

I visited the shop in Bromley because my contract is about to expire and I wanted some advice. I was told there was a 25 minute wait and to go away and they would text me when they were ready.On return I was told they couldn't help me because I have a business contract and so I had to phone customer services. I sat for 15 minutes trying to get through but there was no reply. I gave up and went home.Oh so different when I bought my phone 3 years ago and had wonderful customer service in the Orpington shop that is now closed. Really disappointed.

13.12.2023At 2:00 today I came into the shop and asked if they were busy and they said they weren?t and for my to take a seat. I was waiting for 30 minutes and they did not serve me yet they were serving every customer who came after I did. I reminded them that I was still here and they weren?t serving me. Very very poor customer service. Please update your customer service in 2024.

In my opinion, you can even close this store because it is useless, lack of information and communication wastes your precious time and no one solves anything.

Amazing customer service. Yes, you might have to wait 20 minutes or so to see a member of staff but they arrange a time slot and message you when ready, allowing you to get on with other shopping etc. Staff are polite, friendly, personable, calm, helpful and informed; everything that you need when talking tech, which can be quite stressful! Thank you O2 Bromley, you have answered all my queries and questions.

Awful experience, paid up front 350 for a watch. Then told orders stuck in processing and I can't collect or have a refund. Told to wait 10 days for auto cancel. 10 days pass and now the orders apparently been collected??? Store only busies my phone calls and services aren't helpful at all. Wheres my money?

My advice: Don?t go to the store. Don?t call their call centre and change networks! I went in 20/10/23 because my new o2 sim did not work. I called their tech team 3 times, and they couldn?t help so was told to go to local store. There were 2 staff in the Bromley store, no customers and was told to join a ?virtual queue? and it would be 2 hours before I could be seen. I called tech team from the empty store but again the sim didn?t work. Went in to Bromley store again 21/10/23 and the same guy had the cheek to ask me to join their ?virtual queue? and I?d be spoken to in 90mins! I explained that I cannot join their virtual because I cannot use the phone! Shocked by the way I was treated, very unprofessional. I walked to EE, no ?virtual queue? and all sorted in 10mins.

Never pick up the phone I whent last Sunday reserved the last iPhone 256 15pro they whent till the end on the computer and they said it crashed then they said they will call me no response worst service ever open your eyes 02 employing stuff like this fobbing customers off for that reason I will be moving over to to EE

Staff does not have any knowledge. They ask you to call customer care for everything. Call center took 7 hours to address a query. Still not resolved.

It was a nice watch ?? however there are more civilised ways to solve financial conduct acts also dor clause of outstanding finance on accounts.

Service on working day was good. Generally over weekend it tend to be worse. The lady representative was really helpful.
