Came to pick up package at 5:45. Waited over 15 mins for package. Lady game me someone else?s package and told me just bring it back if it?s not yours. Told her we should open them to check and she then shouted that they were closing even though it was 6:15 and your hours are until 6:30.

I order something to click & collect every week for my Granddaughter, despite my limited budget I am always able to find a gorgeous little outfit reasonable priced. The team are always so helpful and very pleasant, thank you.

I visited Next in Bromley and purchased some Christmas presents. Whilst there we happen to notice they had a tin of Cadburys Anniversary tin of chocolates 720g net. We thought they were rather exspensive at £20 but decided to purchase them anyway. When we got home my husband looked on the Cadburys website and their RRP for the same item was £14. We then looked at two other very well known stores and they were selling them for £10. In these times of high cost of living, is it really necessary for shops to over inflate prices by around 100%. I called the store and spoke to a very nice young man who told me I could take them back for a refund. I did, the very next day. I went to the gents dept till which is where I purchased them from. The lady on the till was refunding several items for another customer and was doing this quite slowly, so we were waiting a while. When it was our turn, she just said I can't do that you'll have to speak to the manager, she call him and walked away immediately. The manager appeared some time later with the same attitude as the woman, it appeared neither of them wanted to be there, no smile, quite surly and miserable looking. When I told the manager that they were grossly overpriced, " he said I can't do anything about that I don't price them. I will not be going back to this shop.

Was looking for something I had seen online. Could not see it but eventually I found a member of staff to, hopefully, help. He grunted acknowledgement of the fact he worked in the store and when I said I was looking for something I had seen on line he again grunted that I would have to get it on line. I thought he was extremely rude and it has certainly put me off shopping st Next.

Zero customer service from the young lady serving on the men's department, no smile no please or thank you, just very blunt, after doing a similar job for most of my life it costs nothing to be polite, training is definitely needed.

Like so many reviews here, I have only had bad customer service, particularly the managers who I have spoken to on occasion are very rude and unhelpful. Zero care. What a shame, a nice store, but spoilt by bad service.

I normally don't write reviews, but this time I thought I need to put one. Do you think a person if shops in Primark doesn't have capability to shop in your store?? Or if his ethnicity is different he won't be having money to spend??
The guy standing in the door is measuring people to let them in or if you ask him you will definitely feel that you are not welcome.
There is no enough staff to ask anything and if you ask them something after so much effort in spotting one, the service would make you feel to leave the place as soon as possible.
Please give your staff some training else the business won't run long.

I was served by a woman who was simultaneously carrying out an entire conversation with a friend who had come in with a child in a buggy. I had to interrupt their chat to ask a question about my transaction.
It's 2 stars because I did what I came in to do without a long wait, but I won't go back.
