The worst service I have ever received in any bank.
Every time I go there, it is like I have to move heaven and earth to withdraw MY money.
I have been with Natwest for 20+ years, but the constant awful service at this branch has made me decide to leave.

Went into the Bromley branch to hand in a letter to stop 2 direct debits. The lady helping was originally reluctant to accept the letter, but when I explained it was to stop a direct debit and this is how I have previously done it, she showed me how to do it on the app! So quick, simple and no need to write a letter or even to go to the bank. Neisha, the lady who helped me was very friendly and efficient and saved me a lot of time, so many thanks to her. It will be very useful in the future.

Went to NatWest bank in Bromley on Saturday, waited about 5 mins and was invited to join a young lady in her office. The lady understood my request and started sorting things out . After about 20mins all was done..

Went in with my partner recently to make a large deposit. We were queueing up and asked by a lady called Eileen if there was anything she could help with. She advised us that large deposits take a long time to do in person, and showed us how to allow for larger deposits on the app. She was very friendly and walked us through the process. As a result, something that might have taken an hour in the branch, took us about 5 minutes!
Great service :) lots of lovely, friendly staff in this branch. There was another staff member who was also extremely nice but unfortunately I didn't catch her name.

Wouldn't even give these guys a 1 star. Went into this branch as i wanted to withdraw some money. I felt interrogated. Loads of questions asked as to why I wanted to withdraw my money. Its none of your business why I want to withdraw money. How dare you! CASH IS KING!!

Been there many times to deposit money many years tried to pay in the machine asked a member a staff to sort me out waited so long to serve other customers I am a loyal customer I wont come back due to wasting my time

I have always found the staff to be ultra polite and helpful at this branch. Sometimes it has been frustrating but that was because of the bank's policies not the staff. My most recent visit was to ask advice on my credit score. John N was just off to lunch but he spared the time to help me understand the benefits of the NatWest app. Given I now had a more powerful smartphone I was more inclined to give it a try. With his advice I got it working and found the information far quicker and easier than using my laptop. Most grateful

No cash service on Saturdays over the counter. Not easily found information online. Also the assistant was only too happy to tell me that this has been the way for two years. Not apologetic to tell me this but instead seemed very happy to do so. Why do you bother opening on Saturdays then? If the only service available is from a bank machine?? Thanks NotBest. I mean, NatWest.

inadequate customer support, no support for business accounts. The branch is empty and unfriendly. I have also tried online assistance but the result is exactly the same.

Hannah was amazing and helped me, after my purse was stolen, to order my card. Ended up booking an appointment for a credit card and fully switching over to natwest after an amazing experience. Thank you Hannah!
