My daughter was the one who had a query so she asked a member of staff. Yes, my daughter, age 25, does look younger, but you should still speak directly to someone regardless of age. For some reason, the staff member kept looking at me for a response. Odd.

I am very grateful to the bank staff JACK and the manager Kaite for helping me solve my bank problems, because recently my online banking information was stolen and I lost funds. The service attitude of the customer service center is very good, I must like it.

We'd been having issues opening an account and popped in to finish it up. Despite being strangely difficult, everyone at nationwide - on the phone, in the branch - has been incredibly friendly, helpful and persistent in solving our problems. The team in the branch actually managed to get us over the line - thank you!

I?m not a Nationwide customer but I used their outside atm today which swallowed my money. Luckily a staff member Virag O?Sullivan was there to help me, she was very friendly and professional even tho I don?t bank with them. If I ever need a bank account I?ll definitely come back.
