Ellie was so professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time having biab and she talked me through the whole process and explained the steps. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be going back!

Elly is a great Nail technician, I had a wonderful pedicure and my French polish nails looked perfect when I left. Feedback for the reply email address on bookings should be that the emails go to Elly so they can?t responded to as Ian ignores them! If you have any questions or need to change or check on a booking call salon to speak to Elly is our advice therefore ?

I had a lovely and really calming experience at Nail8. After having several bad experiences at other nail shops, it had been so reliving to find a place to get my nails done where attention to detail and I am not rushed along. Elly takes her time, and I have left both time really happy with the results of my nails, both times getting BIAB and have been happy with how they were done. A little gem and quiet oasis in Shortlands away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. The appointment system guarantees you?ll be seen on time. Would definitely recommend!

Elly I cannot recommend more highly. Nail 8 is such a beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and luxurious nail salon with a huge variety of high quality shades to choose from inc some really amazing ones I've never seen before. Elly herself is an absolute delight - polite, interesting, interested and lovely. Her nails are the best i have ever had. I have BIABs and they are completely perfect. She takes her time and works really hard to give you the best experience. They also last for ages and Ive never had any breaks, pops offs or faults from her nails. Ive been to most of the nail salons in the area and Nail 8 is the only one now I will go to because the quality is so high.

I?ve been going to Nail 8 ever since it opened, and I wouldn?t use any other nail salon! Ellie the owner is just the best! My nails are always perfect and the place has such a clean and lovely feeling!

If I could give Ellie more than 5 stars I would!!! I?ve had my last 3 acrylics gels there and they have been perfection every time! Only opening in December I was lucky to stumble across Ellie when my last nail tech decided to only do nails part time once a week and impossible to get appointments! Ellie always fits me in and takes her time. Always friendly and smiling, love going here now into her nice salon and not someone?s front room :) parking on the roads around so easy access too.

I have now visited the salon twice and will return. My gel nail French manicure has lasted over two weeks and still look fresh. Today I had a pedicure and nail paint and was very comfortable throughout due to the super comfy chairs.
An update from an earlier post. Had my gels refreshed today the last set were on for 4 weeks! Ellie is super professional and very particular about the finish to her work so I am happy to return. My toes nails are still in good condition with just a normal polish and that?s two weeks now.

I recently tried the BiaB manicure and pedicure at this salon for the first time before my holiday to HK, and I'm impressed! I opted for a spring French manicure design I saw on IG and the technician managed to recreate it beautifully. It's been over three weeks, and my nails still haven't chipped or snapped after returning.
The quality of work here is great in comparison to previous salons I?ve been to where the work looks rushed and uneven. I felt their customer service really elevated the entire experience from the chats to the drinks offered on arrival. The salon itself has such a welcoming and stylish ambiance, which is a refreshing departure from the usual conveyor belt feeling you get at other places. Highly recommend and definitely will be returning!

Nail8 salon is a fantastic new discovery for me. Elly is a gem! She took the time to explain every treatment and advise on the best options for my situation. She did an amazing job with such kindness, great manners, and skill. I left feeling pampered and happy. I definitely recommend her!
