Always feel comfortable here and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. On this visit I had some specifics on what kind of suit I needed and Nesida was amazing at picking out exactly what I was imagining! She really connected with me and was supportive through the whole process! I ended walking out with the perfect suit and a big smile on my face! Thank you!

The ladies in store were beyond helpful and attentive, they genuinely seemed interested and not just trying to sell me a suit, the knowledge about fabrics and different benefits of suits I have learned from them sharing that knowledge is priceless. I highly recomend.

Visited the Bromley store on Saturday greated with 2 very unhelpful members of staff of which neither seemed attentive when asking for advice in regards to purchasing a suit that would be acceptable to wear to a funeral and both members of staff where very cold towards my family and I which one replied ?we don?t have a section for funerals? which I appreciate they do not have a ?section? but a bit of helpfulness goes a long way especially when willing to spend a lot of money in your store.
Will not be going back in a hurry!

My partner and I are getting married and he went here with his groomsmen. They did not even offer to measure them for suits for the wedding and we're not very helpful. My partner made a big order of 5 3 piece suits and he went back to collect some of the order and staff did not have good customer service skills. A lady went to get the order from the back and she came out with other clothes to put out in the store. We then were helped by a man and he took the order sheet and went to find it and the lady in the mean time said were you told to come today to collect as can't see it here. My partner said yes I called in the week. The man then came out with the order and we had to check through to see it was all there. We then asked for another suit bag and a different lady called Helen said yeh but you will have to pay. Considering he paid near enough £1,500 on suits they could do a complimentary bag as then each suit has a bag. I don't think we will shop in here again. When you are spending alot of money on clothing for a wedding you want helpful people within the shop. I feel all staff in there could do with some customer service training. It's a real shame.

Went in yesterday and the attitude of the younger lady was appalling (the older lady want any better either)
Unhelpful, disinterested and pretty disrespectful in all honesty. I don?t often get offended but couldn?t believe it, got my family out of there asap
The owners really need to consider who they have as the face of the buisness
My dad asked for advise on suitable suits for a funeral. We were told ?we don?t have a funeral suit section the suits out are the suits available?
Clearly just looking for some help support and advice!!! Never again

Just visited to get a last-minute fitting for a black tie event next week. Helen and her colleague were both excellent!

A great experience in this store ! Nesida has gone above and beyond sourcing 5 suits for me. The suits were going out of season, not to be restocked. Nesida began ringing around stores across the country to get the suits in for me. All the suits arrived, and I was able to get them all tried on. There is a basement level in the store, where myself and friends were invited to, to try the suits on. A1 service !

Said they had 3 types of tuxedo and the one that would fit and look the best they are not hiring it for the forseen future because it's so popular the other 2 were to big or to small and explained that the one they won't hire is the one I should, ?

I have been in several times in the last month putting together the perfect outfit for my friends wedding and Nesida really looked after me every time I visited, she has been super helpful and I am now wedding ready and extremely happy. 1. Suit order 1 was in stock on the website, but not in reality...que a email saying 'soz...turns out we don't know what stock we actually have'...reminds me I can't trust them so should really check the refund happend.
2. reordered - collected the suit bag from Moss Bross at 1720, got home last night....50% of the suit is missing...the bottom half...the all important pants.
How the hell did you get so crap Moss Bross?
Please... no intern cut and paste social media useless 'please contact useless@mossbross et etc'.... answer the question while I go to work looking like an idiot with half a suit as..well.. your kinda crap based on the above.

Avoid this Moss at all costs! Store manager Helen was possibly the most unhelpful a person can be along with having a bad attitude and being generally rude.
She claimed that ?they were the experts? but didn?t know what the size codes meant and when they didn?t have my size to try on, I was told to try on the same jacket in a smaller size but ?imagine it longer?.
Every time I asked for help it, was made to feel like an inconvenience and questions were met with eye rolling and sarcasm as well as being point blank ignored sometimes.
One of the other members of staff who initially helped me tried her best to be helpful but was stopped by the manager who clearly hasn?t a clue what customer service is.
If you don?t like people, why work in a shop?!
Shop elsewhere or find another Moss to go to until under new management - it?s not worth the hassle, I promise!

As a loyal customer, I typically spend my company's bi-annual suit allowance of £300 at Moss Bros, but my latest visit left me unsatisfied.
On my visit, I specifically requested a very light suit suitable for my job, which involves a considerable amount of walking. I was recommended a navy blue Moss Performance tailored suit. While only the trousers were in stock, I paid for the suit and planned to collect the jacket at a later date. Due to my schedule, I was unable to collect the jacket until two weeks later.
Upon taking the suit to work on a Monday, I wore it and promptly removed it within the first 5 minutes of my shift. The suit was extremely heavy, made of a wool and polyester blend that retained heat, making it unsuitable for my needs. The trousers and jacket are double-layered and heavy, suggesting it is more appropriate for winter wear. These features were not apparent during my brief try-on in the air-conditioned store, where I did not walk around in the suit.
Although I removed the tags, I kept them with the intention of returning the suit. When I returned to the store at my earliest convenience, I was questioned about the 28-day return policy. Despite explaining that I collected the suit two weeks after purchase, effectively making it within 28 days, the store representative had to repeatedly consult her manager. Each time, she returned with different reasons for refusing the return.
After confirming I was within the 28-day period, the representative questioned why I did not notice the suit's heaviness during the try-on. I explained that the air conditioning and lack of movement in the store made it difficult to detect. Eventually, I was told that the suit could not be returned or refunded because the tags were removed, despite showing that the suit was brand new and unworn.
I have always valued the quality of Moss Bros suits and have been a loyal customer. However, this suit does not meet my needs for work purposes, and I feel it was mis-sold to me. I had hoped the staff would recognize their mistake and correct the issue, but this did not happen.
