Today, I had a rather unpleasant experience, and it has been bothering me all day.I've purchased eight suits from Moss, and my entire wardrobe is filled with Moss Suits that receive numerous compliments. However, today, I attempted to return two suits that didn't fit, which I had ordered online. I had both of these suits on for perhaps a mere five minutes each. Afterward, I decided, "No, they don't fit correctly," and I returned them in their original packaging, complete with the plastic coverings. When returning it, I was asked, "Where is the label?" I noticed that the tag on the trousers was missing. I explained, "I'm sorry, I didn't handle any tags, so I'm not sure where it is. I don't believe it came with any tags, and I only had it on for five minutes." She examined it and said, "What about this stain?" I was taken aback, thinking, "What stain? I didn't eat anything or come close to staining it. I wore it for five minutes and then packed it away in the plastic bag it came in." She proceeded to show me the so-called "stain," and I can assure you, there was nothing there. She then stated, "Well, you'll have to return this yourself and explain how you received it." I was quite surprised; I invest around £250-400 per suit, with approximately eight Moss suits in my collection, and I have to handle this myself? Can't Moss employees assist me with this? Isn't the Moss brand considered somewhat high-end compared to competitors? All of this over a missing tag? (And I can promise you, I wore this suit for five minutes or less). She called the manager, who inquired about the missing tag. I assured her that I hadn't worn it and that I could provide CCTV evidence from my workplace showing that I had worn different suits since receiving these. The manager couldn't see the supposed "stain" on the suit, and I remarked, "That stain must be microscopic," to which I was told, "We must be able to sell it again." I thought to myself, "Don't they understand what 'microscopic' means? It means it's practically nonexistent." They then informed me that the suits were creased and that this was unacceptable. I received them in a bag via courier. How can I be held responsible for a few creases? I folded them neatly as they were delivered. What's happening to Moss Bromley? I visited Moss Bluewater mall today, and I experienced PREMIUM SERVICE. They made me feel valued and worthy of their time. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Bluewater Mall and deal with them than travel five minutes to Bromley and endure such poor customer service.I'm writing this review in the hope that management can train the staff members at Moss Bromley to treat clients as the brand promises.Edit : I cannot walk into this store anymore. I felt I was ?that customer?. Lets hope management sees this review

Went into the shop in Bromley today to discuss a fault with my suit and the lady turned around and didn?t even ask what was wrong with it or even took time to look at the suit and said there was nothing she would do to help. The suit was £350 by the way and they weren?t bothered to help me whatsoever. Never buying a suit from MB again!

Very rude ladies work here - it?s not the Moss Bros experience. Despite buying multiple suits; the women clerks had an intrusive attitude. For example: I requested a fitting shirt to see the suit; I was then told ?why?, ?urgh? and finally given a 17? shirt - I am a 14? collar (which was measured). It?a safe to say I left, and went to the gentlemen clerk who was helpful, kind and respectul - a polar opposite of the others. Shop with him.

Staff were cheerful and fun. Even though I popped in and out several times and was a little confused, they helped me out. Bought one amazing blue tie.

Very helpful staff took the time to try out different ideas for my latest suit. Very reasonably priced and the right size straight off the peg! Brilliant

Rude blonde woman with no patients! Asking me if I?m going to buy it or not as she wants to go home. - avoid! M&S have much better suits. Shouldn?t be working in retail with that attitude ????

I came in on Saturday to buy my son a suit, I was served by a lovely woman who I believe was named Helen. She went above and beyond to help me find my son his perfect suit. I wasn?t sure what I wanted but she picked me the perfect suit for him and even ordered me the trousers from a different store as they didn?t have his in stock there. She is a asset to your company and I?m really happy with my purchases?. Thank you Helen

Very luck of the draw depending on who serves you. Went one day and had a lovely blonde woman help me out and give me some guidance in which shirt to go with.Came back the next day to try the shirt again and make the purchase and was bluntly told by one of the curly haired supervisors that they had their 4 shirts to try on and I could try on a shirt either side of my size and in a different style ?!I must have tried on 10+ shirts in the last 24 hrs and all this did was make my decision to go elsewhere even easier.Don't bother and go to m&s next door- they are all lovely.

Recently hired suits for a wedding from Moss and upon collection the trousers were on the tight side. I had already spoken to customer services about whether it would be possible to change them for a bigger size at collection if they were too tight and was advised this should be no problem at all and to try and collect as early as possible so there would be sufficient time to sort a replacement if needed. I made sure I went for collection on the day they were delivered however when I asked about this in store the woman was incredibly rude and was questioning me on how I could possibly have put on so much weight! In the end she agreed to change them but it really should not have been so difficult! To top it off we realised on the day of the wedding once we all got ready that we had been given waistcoats in two different colours so the grooms party did not match! Admittedly this error was not the fault of the Bromley store however when this was mentioned on the return of the suits there was barely an apology and was advised they could not do anything and to contact customer services which seems they just didn?t want to help as the Bluewater store could not have been more apologetic and quickly sorted out some compensation to try and make up for the issue.

If I could give one star I would. Shockingly Moss Bros failed to order the correct jacket size for Royal Ascot Friday meet, meaning that today my colleague is in a real awkward situation. Moss Bros Bromley are now ignoring all our calls and happy to leave us stranded trying and run round stores on the Race day to fix their mistake... all due to staff negligence. I recommend all Ascot race goers avoid this place like the plague!
