“Came into the iTech store in Bromley dubious about having my phone repaired by a company which wasn't apple as i had heard so many bad things online. I was greeted by Asif who within 2mins of talking to him had me sold into having a repair carried out by them and in under 30mins as i was in a rush. The technician Ronaldo was very professional and had my device back up and running within about 15mins with a screen protector fitted and a new case and i was on my way. I have not had any problems and they also gave me a 12month warranty. Very very happy. Highly recommended. If i could give more than 5 stars then i definitely would. I have now found my go to repair shop which also cover other repairs so my laptop will be coming to you soon too. Amazing service. Thanks a million :)”

“Massive thank you to Ali and Abdul for being incredibly helpful in the store a few days ago. I came in to upgrade my phone and Ali made it a very smooth and easy process. However when I got home I had some issues with iCloud and getting my Whatsapp chats onto my new phone. I went into the shop the next day, even though I thought it might be an Apple issue and I may have needed to go to the Apple store instead. Ali and Abdul worked out the issue and explained to me very clearly what I needed to do and spent over half an hour trying to resolve the problem. I was so worried about losing my chats and their help is hugely appreciated!”
