This Bank is stealing customers money. I should?ve checked their rating before putting my money their. I?ve proof that shows these people steals money from customers. Once you call they were transferring me from one to another because they knew i found out their Little trick. They took my money twice this year now 3rd time. Guys this time i?m coming after you. Absolutely useless. There's a particular cashier just sits like she's b forced tobethere.Doesn't smile so unfriendly never seen such in my life. just a miserable person and got no clue what she's doing. I don't think they train their staff. The floor person will tell you they will help you at the cashier point, you get to the cashier you get a different story. Such confusion.

I took an elderly client to open an account. The gentleman who served us was so rude. No customer service etiquette. Put me off ever considering them as a bank.

Hi I been in bromley branch Faraday only 1 service the costomer and 3 off the staff toking toking together they give number and send you to waiting room but no 1 service you we waiting more than 1 hour very bad service

When we arrived Saturday morning there was only one person on the queries desk we were no. 9 the advisor was on person no.2 which took ages. Then he called no.3 and another advisor came out and called no.4. Another advisor came out and no.5 was seen. We were eventually seen but was in there for over an hour. My husbands card was not working after he bought a takeaway for £46 for my daughters birthday which he doesn't do with his card normally. They had blocked the account because of unusual activity. They asked my husband some questions and then unblocked the account so he could use the card. This was good banking but did cost us a trip to the bank and some waiting around but saved any fraud on account.

you got to do some changes ther, they let you to wait for hours and in the end, they have no clue what to do! The way they talk to you it feels like you on them money, infact they making money with our money? I don't believe the management team that shows me there is no management in the store please whoever leads this Metrobank do something about it

All I need to do is to sign a new business account application form as Chair.. rang to make appt to do tomorrow afternoon. Tried to ring Bromley to speak to Aziz who has rung me to do credit check on person who will.be running the shop. From previous experience I kmow you sit there waiting for 30 mins for someone then to talk to you and thhen disappear for 10 mins trying to find said form...chap said they don't do appts but got through to bromley anyway.. it rang and rang then system disconnects you.
Know it's run on a shoestring staff but this would literally take 5 mins if I could let them know a time...tomorrow Iwill be sitting thrre for at lwast 30 mins guaranteed.. ?
Well been sat here for an ho7r so far just to be seen by someone. Told they are down 3 membrrs of staff.. so why doesn't manager step in to fill the breach rather than wandering around checking the machines?.

I?ve been to the ATM try to withdraw £80, on the screen saying your transaction is been cancelled, I thought never mind. Went to the shop bought something and I received a notification saying I withdrew £80, went back to the bank this time inside to explain to them what happened, I was simply being told wait 24h and see if the money go back into your account if not come back, of course no money into my account now they say it will get investigated so it will take a while to recover my money or not. Unbelievable service.

The most disorganised business i have had the displeasure of using, not bank, business.. Staff are helpful but management is non existent. Giving out slips of paper with numbers as a queuing system works if you do not give numerous people the same number.People walking off in the middle of serving you then coming back to ask the same questions. Frankly pathetic service and a real poor display. 45 minutes of my life i wont get back.
