1. Food was delivered COLD.
2. Items of order were MISSING
3. CANNOT answer a simple question of "Can your staff read a screen"
4. They 'weigh' the food when sending out for delivery, so when questioned on missing items, their response is always "well it weighed correctly", unfortunately their weighing skills and reading skills are something to acquire!

Was an order total of £28.00 nearly I couldn?t get to pick it up so was delivered so can?t comment on service or atmosphere on arrival which was quick everything was overcooked and cold I had filled out each bit of the things not wanted for each burger none of them were correct on arrival cold overcooked burgers cold fries and cold apple pie which was the only thing edible I don?t order in often but mainly because each time I do it?s barely edible and I don?t usually complain but this time they have well and truly earned it

Table service was unfortunately very poor, person who bought the food over literally chucked the tray onto the table. It felt like they didn't want to be there.

Very good McDonald's location
Large clean and spacious store and many ordering points which all work and print receipts successfully. Service is good and the atmosphere is nice.

Because you need to order by the machine,I fine it a little hard to understand,but the staff was very helpful, personally I prefer when you could order your food from a staff,I would like to see staff wearing gloves while preparing food

Like any McDonalds you can order via app, counter, etc. This one has a particularly popular drive through which seems to be its priority over walk ins.
I?ve only had breakfast but can?t recall a positive greeting other than a perfunctory ?Guest 32?. You don?t go to McDonald?s for friendly service but that doesn?t mean they can?t be. This one isn?t. They were even talking about other employees quite loudly.
Located on a corner, it has one entrance and two exits, though neither are onto the main road. If you want the main road you need to use the exit next to the drive through entrance, otherwise you?ll be in a one-way going away from the main road!
The food is as expected and doesn?t take too long. There are lots of tables and although surrounded by its own road it is pleasant and clean enough.
Parking: Bike racks are near the door
Wheelchair accessibility: Bit of a ramp to get in - not big but a couple of steps worth

The parking facility at this site is a scam, do not go there to use their electric car charging service you'll get a parking fine.
I received three parking fines across three weeks having used their charging service.
Despite appealing the fines WITH Receipts evidence to show I was still requested to pay the ticket fines even though the cause of the fines was due to the time it took to charge the car.
Other Mcdonald have the same charging facility with adjusted parking time to accommodate customers who wish to charge their electric cars.
