Basically me and my friend went maccies. ?. But then we ordered and the guy who brang us the food dropped our Fanta. Then they also forgot an Oreo mcflurry. However we got all of the food in the end and even a free orange juice. It just took a long time

The food here was absolutely delicious which is a shame because the hygiene was utterly abysmal to the point that I was anxious about eating the food. The service was slow and the staff carried a very unpleasant smell around with them.

Had a terrible experience in this McDonald's today. I went in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with my 9 year old daughter and there were too kids upstairs basically causing trouble, they clearly weren't eating, they were just walking around shouting and swearing loudly. One of them sat down next to my daughter and tried talking to us. I told me not to talk to me and immediately went and got the manager who did kick them out. But the lady on the table next to me said this kind of thing is common, and that they smoke in there and everything. Why doesn't this restaurant have security? It definitely needs it!

The food we ate was good and it looks clean but I found a hair in my chops about half way through eating them. Then when we went to complain the staff are wearing beard nets and caps but no hair nets or there wearing them incorrectly. This is disgusting. Won't be going back.

I went in with my assistance dog went to the till to order and was told no dogs I tried to explain she was a assistance dog she was allowed and the member of stuff wasn?t having it I tried to explain the law then she went to get someone else I said the same thing to them in the end I left as my dog gave me a medical alert to my health

They prioritise delivery orders making people who stayed to dine in wait for atrocious amounts of time. Just ridiculous.
