Absolutely abysmal service.
The courier was 'waiting' for over an hour to deliver our food, so naturally, when it arrived its freezing cold and the milkshake like water.
Suggestion: make sure a driver's available before you process any order, take my money and then not to be able to cancel the order or get through on the phone!!!!
It shouldn't be that busy tonight, cos who has maccies for valentines????

Bought two Apple pies but only got one, even though it clearly stated two on my receipt. I used the drive-tru service so was not going to waste more time going back for the other one .. oh well, better luck next time!

The food was as good as any other McDonald's. We didn't order much, and we just stood there watching order after order going out to the drive-through and lots of bigger order
s being given to the blokes that deliver the food with no regard to us, who actually got up and physically went there to get something to eat.
I would refrain from calling it fast food these days.

The food was delivered fast. The food came still hot and they didn?t miss anything out. The driver was friendly.

This is not a drive-through it?s bumper-to-bumper and when you finally get seen you get to park up of which is hardly any spaces. The pace at this McDonald?s is extremely slow every single time I come I have to park up and wait. I?m a reasonable person but I might as well park up and eat in the restaurant if I?ve got to park up and wait for 10 minutes the reason why people use a drive-through is because they want to pick their food up quickly and actually drive-through. Really need to work on this guys. I live very close to this McDonald?s but Do not go often because of this reason it?s a real shame. Oh yeah, and food is often cold and when you do get home, there?s always something missing.

Came through the drive-through today to get a 9 chicken selects box and received a 9 chicken selects box with 20 McNuggets in instead. What?s the point in being fast if you?re going to be wrong.
