We made an appointment for a suit fitting at our Bromley branch yesterday. The assistant, Giovanni was on time and very helpful. My husband bought a very smart suit after 15 minutes.

Tried on a shirt in menswear at 17:45 on 01/08 which I decided against, on exiting I said to the older bald white guy, can I leave this with him I did not want it, he said ?you can do, but if you?re going that way?. Surely it?s what he is being paid to do and I?m the customer not the employee. He happily took clothes from the guy exiting before me, so unsure why he was so sarcastic and rude to me!

This is one of my absolute favourite marks and Spencer branches.
Lovely helpful staff makes shopping here a pleasure, especially as nearly all my favourite shops have been turned into food only.
I have to travel to the centre of London or to Bromley to find a good old fashioned marks that sells nearly everything. I still have to travel a fair distance to get to Bromley,considering l had a number of stores on my doorstep almost.
However, on a day when the rail network is trouble free, it's a pleasure to go to Bromley, I feel at home as soon as I enter the store!.
Let's hope this branch isn't going to turn into an expensive food shop!.
