We just our 9 year olds party here and it was fantastic! Elle was the party host and was brilliant with the children. The games were really fun and they all made a face mask to take home as well as receiving a bath bomb in their party bags. Louise was also on hand at all times and so helpful and friendly. The girls all had such a wonderful time and we are so grateful to Elle and Louise for today! Extra bonus that it's in one of my favourite shops ?

Had a great 8th birthday party at Lush, Bromley. My daughter loved it. Our host Louise was fantastic with all the girls, very interactive and made sure everyone had fun.

The staff were so lovely. Came in after I saw the campaign to stop starving Gaza and had such a lovely chat with the male worker with curly hair. He even gave me a sample of the hair mask. Love my new goodies and my whole flat smells unreal from the soaps ?

I absolutely love Lush! ? Their organic products are amazing ? everything feels fresh, natural, and made with real care. The quality speaks for itself, and every time I use their products, I feel pampered and uplifted.
What truly sets Lush apart, though, is the incredible team. The girls are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every visit feels special, and I always leave the shop in a better mood than when I walked in. Jemima is a sweetheart, radiating from inside out, Emma is a superstar and all her team of Lush fairies!
I?m not exaggerating when I say this is the best customer service in the entire UK. Friendly faces, great advice, and a beautiful atmosphere- Lush is simply the best! They were really nice and welcoming, the young lady asked if we were looking for anything in particular, we were looking for Curl cream but unfortunately they had ran out, however she gave us a medium size pot from their sample range which made her happy. Great selection of items and nice atmosphere. Lovely experience.

Went in the Bromley Lush store on Friday and it was wonderful. The shop was well organised, neat and clean. I cannot compliment the staff enough they were attentive and friendly. I brought two bath bombs and a bar of soap which smell and look amazing. Thank you to the lovely staff!

I would like to take a moment to recognise the absolutely fantastic service I received from Coco at your Bromley store. She's absolutely fantastic. He was brilliant...From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special.
Coco has a brilliant way with children. I was so impressed with her service! ? she was patient, engaging, and made the experience both fun and memorable for them. It is rare to see someone so naturally able to connect with all ages while also providing excellent product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for what she does.
Her professionalism, warmth, and energy made a huge difference to our shopping experience. Staff like Coco are a real asset to Lush, and I hope her hard work and exceptional customer service are recognised and celebrated. Coco is gonna go far. Incredibly happy.
