i wouldn?t go there again, zero customer service, went there for bank verification and spent one hour sitting on chair waiting, only a few stuff that too doing one thing and another have no consideration on clients that are waiting i wish i could give zero star

Terrible terrible bank lady had me sit down after queuing for 30 mins after sitting down she had me waiting another 30 mins which then led to the bank closing and being asked to come back the next day

Rude and Poor customer service. This morning 25.01.2025 around 10:50am walked into this brunch to make a deposit and pay a bill. The lady at the cashier she started to be very rude and told me that she is only working with withdrawing cash transactions, she is not there to receive cash deposits or deal with bills. She also stated that if I want to make a deposit to use the machine, and the bill to pay it at her other colleague. After she made my payment she refused to give me a receipt even though I asked her to do so. Very rude lady, she was very unprofessional to refuse to attend me to pay my bill and to do my deposit. During queuing the other gentleman that works for this brunch was just chatting with some other client about personal staff and didn?t bother to attend the clients even though he saw the que was getting longer. Overall I profesionale and unhelpful employees

Couple of years ago I Had to move a large sum from one account to another (both in my name) for purchase of a house..
Although I had bought with me statements, council tax bill, letters etc.. & verified my card with pin, I was told I had to have photo Id (I don't drive or go abroad) to move it (even though both accounts were in my name ????) only other accepted method was a signature (easily forged) but they didn't have it on their system anymore, which is now somehow my problem?
The cashier kept going to a back office to speak with the manager who at no point offer to show themself, & was told no, even after I said I had 2 days or the sale would fall through
Managed to get a forged document at a later date which they happily accepted ?
Meanwhile my partner transferred hers on an app on her phone with no checks whatsoever!!!..
I'm now about to go through the whole thing again so went to go to my local Lloyd's in medway & they've closed it !!!...
So I'm just gonna close all my accounts with them & go to nationwide

Yesterday, I went to lloy's location in Bromley as usual every month, the staff here are polite and always helpful and quick. But I don't understand what happened this afternoon with an older employee at the transaction counter, she seemed to be scolding me as if I was bothering her. Did I do something wrong when using the service? . I went home and thought I wouldn't say anything. But we still cannot stay silent with an impolite attitude, treating customers like we are coming to beg her. I write here to hope she reconsiders her attitude, to learn from experience in treating other customers differently than me. I sincerely apologize to all other staff working at the site

Worst bank ever. No signage, I stood in the wrong queue for 20 mins. I took my dog in one week and everyone was friendly enough however the following week they showed us the door refusing me my transaction. No signage on the door either. Other lloyds are not like this and nor is Nationwide. Go there. That's my advice.

Went to this branch to get help with my accounts and the ladies working there were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again if I needed assistance.

Worst ever. Disgusting and had the worst possible customer service. What is wrong with you people. Money & card lost in ATM on Friday and explained and explained and explained how I needed to have my card this weekend + money which I made VERY clear and then told I can't get assistance until Monday. Oh, and after 40 minutes on hold - TWO TIMES!

Bad and slow service, they are not competent to resolve a cancellation of access to the account that my daughter has in one of the branches, they simply removed her access and cannot resolve it, she works, receives her earnings from the bank but cannot even pay her commitments because had access suspended, admitted by the branch employee himself, any bank in Brazil would have already resolved the problem.

Literally just been in this branch to use the counter service. The ladies who work here a so down to earth and friendly.The lady who served me was so polite and I felt really valued as a customer.I used Lewisham branch last week and I did not feel the same experience that I have had with Bromley.Never close Bromley bank those ladies are amazingThank you

Staff are rude and slow. Always reminds me of that one sloth scene in Zootopia ????? Lines are always long for no reason. Moved my account to Barclays as this is a waste of my time.

Pretty much every time I come even if there?s like 2 people in front of me in the queue. The service is so Slow! There are 3 cashiers desks, but I?ve never seen more than 2. And sometimes 1 person even with a massive queue. The customer service is so poor you?d think a bank as big as this could afford more staff when they closed the cashiers desks in Beckenham years ago.
