Very attentive, I even needed a bag for some clothes I had bought and unfortunately mine tore, they lent themselves to help and provided a new bag so I could carry my belongings. Grateful for the kindness and attention

These doughnuts are simply delicious! Very expensive, but worth it. I used to love their maple iced ring, but they stopped making it! The one thing I can't understand is why anyone would want to sit and eat right next to the escalators? It's certainly not the most enticing location! I get my doughnuts to go, and sit somewhere much more picturesque! Or back home. Glad they have a doughnut shop in Bromley, just a shame it's located in such an awful position. That said, convenient for the high street.

?? Review from oct 2023 visit .Staff at this place is a racist karen & worst.?They would literally profile you even without speaking to you.? Do not recommend this place.? Had a very bad experience here. Service is worst and staff would continuously ignore you.

Usually I go here and your staff is always lovely - but today I was left feeling not good at all. The girl with glasses and long pony tail - I didn't catch her name she was very blunt and rude. There was no added niceness no have a good day no smile no sorry. I Just like it's not a huge complaint and she could of just been having a bad day but It really just stuck with me and left me in a bad mood. It's not that hard to be nice I know it's just a job but I'm not impressed at all. I wouldn't want anyone feeling like this

I highly recommend going here for donuts. We have never had a problem. Every time we go here the service is brilliant in particular Alison is always so accommodating and friendly, she makes our events effortless.
