One of the better KFCs in south London - miles better than Orpington, which is atrocious. Had the zinger tower supercharger box meal with beans and 2 wings, was stuffed when I left and at under a tenner, I'm happy with that.

the male worker walked into the girls toilets and tried to kick us out for not being in the toilet but i had leaked and was trying to sort out what i could do, we refused to leave and he tried to stay to guard us. i told him to leave as i was backed against the wall bc i didnt want a man watching me trying to find away to hide that i had leaked until i could buy something to change into. As a teenage girl i didnt find this acceptable in any way, shape or form. absolutely disgusting.

Some of the pieces of chicken were too dry they put it in baton of the backer. No one to serve you have to use kiosks. I?m an old man don?t know all this tecnologia. Staff not please to help. Hoo so sad KFC going bad.

Had original colonel Sanderson's recepe chicken with chips and Pepsi package it was very good value and tasted very.nice. The service was quick . The table was clean. Would recommend this place.

Service is fast. There are many kiosks available for ordering. You can also pay cash at counters after ordering through kiosks.

Hate using self service machines I have never been given a receipt with order number on, I know now I should take a picture to remind me of order number, lady got annoyed because I told her and I needed a receipt for work

The toilets were so disgusting that long after I had left I could still smell the disgusting smell on my clothes.
If they have a cleaner, that person needs replacing.
Food was fine although took a while. Staff seemed very abrupt and a bit rude but perhaps the nature of working in fast food.

The food online is really poor. Need to fixed the food online system. I'm trying to order my food and pay but it'sn work. You need to go back and sign up or log in, asking email address again and again. When I give my email address but still isn't work and asked you to used another email address and another contact no. When I put a different email address and my contact no. still isn't work. The company should to fix it their food online system. It's so difficult! ?

Very poor branch. Ordered cheese with my fillet meal and didn't come with it. Just dry chicken in a bun. Not sure why as I didn't order a plain fillet burger. Queue was so long I couldn't be bothered to take it back. Won't bother with this branch again. Disappointing.

I can't review the food as we walked out before we could order anything. You only have machines now. No staff coming to help despite the lady next to me shouting for it. It would only let you order take aways rather than eat in. When I go to KFC I order a couple of peices of chicken asking it to be thighs as everything else is dry and inedible to me. I can't do that now. So we gave up. Won't be coming back till you bring back some counter service. Not everyone is Gen Z.

I am not a fan of fast food, but my children are crazy about KFC, their favorite chicken wings in batter, my children's favorite dish. Rarely do I manage to dissuade them from it. The service is impressive (the staff are friendly and polite) quick examination 100%
