She was understandably nervous but Mia was absolutely wonderful with her, explaining the process, helping select a pair of earrings she would like, and doing a fantastic job of the actual piercings. “My favourite favourite ring got caught in a door and broke in two places, I went elsewhere first and was told there was a 'severe' metal problem and only option left would be new creation/bespoke and could cost £1000s. Of course this caused me extra anxiety & sadness, especially as someone who's never had jewellery repaired before, but thankfully I persevered and came next to here. The atmosphere was immediately more welcoming, clearly a well established small business, and I was assured there could always be something done and quoted much less than I expected! To my amazement, I got a call it was fixed within literal days ! Relieved and happy is an understatement. The fix is seamless, with no complications, he did something magic to me !! Masterful craftsmanship. I've been totally saved. It was handed back like new, in fact even better, as this was inherited - I've never seen it so shiny ! I know my great grandma would be happy too for it to experience more life, and I feel like me again to have it back :) I would 1000% trust my jewellery with them again, and recommend it too.”

I was pleased when I spotted these as they could be worn during the day and good enough for evening wear.Warren James price range fits everyone from some inexpensive bits to £1000's so whatever your budget, you will find something.I also notice that a lot of their jewellery is reduced, so a good place for those special gifts.You do have to pay extra for gift boxes ?”

“My 10 year old wanted to get her ears ? pierced and we heard many bad things about the Isle of Wight Claire‘s branch. Many of my daughter‘s friends got their ears pierced there and ended up with an infection due to poor hygiene at the islands branch of Claire’s.

We visited the Bromley store and watched couple of girls getting their ears pierced. Since I come from a medical microbiology background I’ve been watching ? the sterilisation process and seeing how this particular store was preventing infection. I was very happy with what I saw and decided to get my girls ?? ears pierced here.

Ravéné was so friendly and helpful. She went through all the important info such as after care too. She was very thorough when it came to infection control and prevention which is a big must! My daughter was excited but also extremely anxious ?. Ravéné even got her own ear pierced to reduce Yasmin‘s anxiety and gave her the courage.
