I recently purchased a watch from Goldsmiths and asked them to resize the bracelet for me. BIG MISTAKE. I realised when I got home that they had made a complete mess of the job. I found the Jewellery Repair Centre and I must say Brian has restored my faith in craftsmanship and customer service. He rectified the problems and my watch now fits and looks fantastic. Thanks Brian. You made my day!!

Since this repair shop has been taken over by new owners 3 years ago, it has been diabolical. Not only did they forget about a piece of jewellery and did a botched repair job quickly when I came to collect it (I haven't worn the jewellery since as the repair was so awful), they are rude and expensive.I am now using a normal jewellery shop in Beckenham who are repairing things for me, my grandmother and other friends, I will not be back to the shop in Bromley.They are obviously asking the few customers they do have to submit a good review, see some other negative reviews posted at the same time to see the real truth. If I could give no stars I would. Avoid, I will not be back!

I collected my gold ring today which features two horses heads. I?d brought it in for a repair and Tarun has done a fantastic job. It looks brand new! The Jewellery Repair Centre kept me updated about the progress of the repair with texts to make sure the ring was fixed exactly as I had wanted. I am very pleased with the quality of his workmanship and will definitely be returning in the future!

It?s so good to have a working jewellers here in Bromley. I recently needed to have some jewellery altered and soldered so was happy to visit this shop and team who were all helpful especially Brian, Becky who were patient in dealing with my 6 repairs!Once you put your jewellery in for repair they text you when the repair is ready to collect.I had 2 silver rings made larger due to my arthritis, I?m so glad to have them back on my hands. You couldn?t tell that they had been altered at all.I also had some charms and chains soldered, and very happy with the results.I would definitely recommend the JRS. I have been using them for around 20 years and hope to be using them for another 20!Thank you very much!

Huge thanks to Brian for his amazing expertise and craftsmanship.This is the only shop in the area that offers resizing on gold-plated jewellery, and we couldn?t have been more grateful for their services! I came in with 4 rings that needed resizing, as well as a replacement for a missing stone, and they were ready for us so quickly!Our rings now fit perfectly, shine beautifully, and the fixes are completely invisible (in a good way!) Would definitely recommend, and will be our first choice if we need any future repairs!

I had my 30+ year old engagement ring repaired after some of the diamonds became loose and I was worried that they may fall out. Brian at the Jewellery Repair Centre has brought the ring back to its former glory by rebuilding the whole head, resetting the stones and giving it a good clean. The ring now looks amazing and I can wear it again worry-free. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service repairing locket - Jeweller also very kindly did a complimentary polish and the locket is good as new - maybe even better.
