Ridiculous staff they behaved like i owe something on them didn?t help me and they looks tired not interested to serve the customers and give me bad attitude like staff was behaved like they are owners of that store and didn?t provide me single good service shame on this kind of service and I request to the jd please remove this kind of idiots and get a new staff who have good nature and welcoming attitude 1??

Came here to pick up order i bring my NHS ID the releasing guy asked if i had another told him i didnt have any so i showed him my online bank app which showed my name and details still he did not believe me he told me i could have falsified my NHS TRUST badge and referred to his manager within 3 sec he said hes happy to release the goods so to my brothers and sisters of other race in NHS if your picking up order here they will not honor your NHS Trust ID expect to be discriminated so prepare yourselves.

Staff are helpful and polite. I was happy with the service. They didn't have my item in stock at that particular store (or the lewisham store) so I was abit upset about that but can't fault the staff bless them!

As we walked into JD Sports a lady served us and showed us that shoes are best we found some but they didn't have my size so we asked one of the staff members if theg had my siza and he said he will check. We was waiting around for awhile and no sign of him we looked are around and saw his standing near the entrance and went over to say something and he said sorry he forgot we later left

The quality of customer service at this establishment seems to be substandard, especially considering it is the sole provider in the Bromley area. The staff appears disinterested, and obtaining their assistance feels as challenging as maneuvering an elephant through the eye of a needle.

Went here to by some Presents for my children for Christmas. It was busy as always, but more busy being Christmas is a few weeks away. I like the fact that they hire young adults, even though sometimes they are not always professional but never rude. You can ask their advice on what's the latest trainers etc.I got what I came in for, so I was satisfied.
