We've been to this place quite a few times.
A month ago we had a problem with the app, we ordered our favorite 3 plates and it said error, so we tried again and again error and again. Then we managed to order it from other phone and finally succes.
Badically we got 4 sets of 3 plates deal. No chances of refound, app was broken. Our fault propably, but it was very unpleasent experience.
Today we ordered our 3 plates again, we gpt our drinks but food nowhere to be seen. After 40 minutes of waiting for the food I went to ask a waiter where is it. She called manager who then told me that theyve run out of pizza.
Youve run out of pizza, but it let us order it and youve left us waiting for 40 minutes?
Manager came to our table and said that they dont have pizza anymore but we can choose anything else from the menu or refund the pizza but it would be less than it is worth. We asked for pitta bread but also the same as pizza, not today.
So we settled for 2 plates and just left.
Not sure if we will ever go back to this pub, even tho we like Wetherspoon.
Only positive is that the drink are great, Peach spritz way good.

Generally good. Staff are always run off their feet but work hard. Food score would be four but no steak or mixed grill options now. Gourmet burgers are a bit lacking as a replacement tbh.

Absolutely the rudest barman ever
Served 3 people who came after me and then tried to give me budweiser instead of carlsberg which i ordered said to me make your mind up.
He was a small foreign man in a white shirt,next when the food arrived there was about 10 chips the peas were old and the fish was disgusting all Lukewarm the best bit was leaving never to return at any price nearly £25 for absolute crap

A nice Wetherspoons in the heart of Bromley Kent. There is a lot of seating inside and out so a good place to meet friends.

Two of the bartenders, one mixed girl with braids and a short black girl, was so rude to customers yesterday evening. They spent more time laughing and joking with each other then paying attention to customers. I never make reviews but good lord I've never seen bartenders intentionally ignoring and laughing in customers faces when ordering drinks. One point these girls laughed at a girl's face who was trying to order a drink and she looked so uncomfortable. And then I saw them intentionally ignore a older man who was trying to get their attention to order a drink. Big bully behaviour. Me and my group won't be returning.
