Had a Samsung a12 screen replacement through these guys and before we had even got home it looked cracked. Called them up and went back to pay again (£50 each time), for the screen to fully fall out 3weeks later. They used cheap Chinese screens and glued in place instead (as told) official Samsung screens. Avoid as they are using $10 screens and charge lower end of premium prices.

Save your money and do not buy iphone lightening cables from here. I bought 1m and 3 m versions and they stopped working after a few days. A waste of time and money.

Went in to buy a Samsung cable. He gave me the 'Samsung' one. I asked for the generic one as it was cheaper and he said the Samsung fast charging one is better. Got home and realised it was a fake and the logo on the packaging looked a bit questionable. Wouldn't have minded except I paid more for a generic slow charging one which is what I asked for to begin with!

BOTCHED REPAIR JOB, DO NOT GO HEREI came in for a screen replacement and came back with a broken phone with a smoking battery, which is a major health hazard not to mention disappointing. I am awaiting to see whether a refund will be given in the very least, but unfortunately I am currently not satisfied with the customer service.

Never ever ever use .. please anyone.In 4 months it?s been replaced twice. Yesterday they replaced and it?s smashed again?! They charge each time. They are con men. I never review but please don?t use

Great customer service and very caring took my son is iPad in to the shop as he had managed to get the headphone jack stuck in the headphone port the man working there managed to get the piece out peace out and didn?t even charge me any money he was more than happy to see my son happy and said he can?t charge me as don?t have to change portMost places would only change port so highly recommendedThank you great team
