Decent price these days in comparison to hand-car washes, but don't expect too much for a 'large' car:
1. drying process isn't great
2. doesn't take things like bird poo off
3. many time the 'triple foam' does not cover parts of the roof (my vehicles is well within the height limit)

I come every Saturday, and the man who collects the money is always helpful, polite, and informative?especially regarding the condition of my car before the wash and what i should have.

I go once a month. It?s a good service however every time I visit, I have to negotiate the price despite choosing a service on the price list.
Today I was quoted £45 which is £10 more than usual, obviously I?m just having the piss taken out of me, so I?m going to go somewhere else going forwards.

I have always been very pleased by the professional service that I receive at the IMO car wash at Elmers End. The staff are very helpful and polite. They always go the extra mile to clean thoroughly on the valet. I have been attending here for many years and would highly recommend.

Genuinely contemplating calling the police on this bunch!!
We have a car on the motability scheme that we're due to return tomorrow so I thought I'd get a proper clear on the outside today and get it valeted inside on the way to return it tomorrow. I looked at all the options and was going to go for the most expensive then I saw a sign that said a special offer of £20 which would do things like door seals, something with the alloys, hand dry etc. They did the usual double spray before we went in that I get with the triple wax and off we went, the sign flashing in the tunnel said triple wax (I expected it to be higher considering I just paid for the special offer and most expensive thing they had). They didn't ask me to drive around at the end for hand drying or anything special. I think I was charged £20 for a £9 wash. Fortunately I got a copy of my receipt, combined with the dash cam footage which I saved, I'm going to see who I complain to and send them a copy of both and ask them to investigate. Have I missed something here or have I been ripped off?
