I opened an account today at the Bromley branch and was helped to do this by an extremely pleasant gentleman called Simon. He went through the process which was slightly different to a standard account application. Simon explained the criteria and helped me work out how to complete the account opening. I would recommend HSBC Bromley to anyone wanting to open a new account.

I visited Bromley HSBC today and was dealt with extremely professionally by a member of staff called Simon. I needed help updating my account details and information on new accounts available to me. I also needed my partner to open an account after arriving from a foreign country. Simon made the process very clear and concise and was a credit to the branch. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of opening a new account to consider HSBC first.

I visited Bromley yesterday to open a bank account for my daughter who is 14. We went into HSBC and meet a lovely man called Simon. It was late in the day but he still took the time to see us and spent time setting up the account. During our appointment Simon made my daughter feel very special, nothing was too much trouble and he spoke to her in such a way that she understood different ways to manage her money. I can?t stress enough the high level of customer service we received and I would like to thank Simon for his patience and caring manner.
