Deniz has been amazing!! She gives great consultation and her years of experience shows a great insight on what is best for your needs. I?ve had amazing results with micro-needling and came back for another session!! Did IV drips and it was not painful at all she did everything perfectly. I will definitely recommend people to go to her, she?s friendly, sweet and down to earth :). A customer gained and I will always go to her in future for further new treatments ?

Couldn?t fault anything - HA and in particular Deniz, are perfect from bookings to treatment. I booked for a course of 3 IPL laser treatments - a marked difference after the first one. Completed the 3rd yesterday. So happy with the results - highly recommend.

Deniz was very knowledgeable, personal and cared about my concerns.
Despite getting to the clinic later than hoped due to public transport coming from out of town, I was seen to quickly and was advised professionally on the best plan for my skin. I am excited to continue to work with her for my skin transformation.
The ladies at reception desk were also professional and helpful.

I have to say, never in my 30 years of my life have I EVER felt so VIOLATED as a customer of a business that performs cosmetic and beauty treatments, as an international customer. I have long suffered after Coronavirus with severe anxiety and PTSD, and a range of health issues to include guttate psoriasis, tinnitus and long-term pain. The immense hurdles to actually go down to the clinic that day to sign up for their PRP treatments for hair loss were gigantic in magnitude to conquer. PRP is an extremely specialised treatment, requiring skill, a steady hand and blood samples to be taken from your arm, spun in a centrifuge and re-injected back into your scalp. It is a lot more invasive than a facial and many cosmetic treatments out there and is a specialised treatment for hair loss. What was about to follow with this clinic however actually caused me so much distress and anguish, that more hair was lost. Due to my disabilities, I wanted to pay for my PRP sessions after each session, but still avail of their package costing over £700. They told me that the only way I could avail of the package is if I paid up front or committed to a finance agreement, otherwise my sessions would cost a whopping £150 each. I explained my health-related circumstances, (as many cosmetic procedures need to take these issues into account i.e. imagine having a mole that was found to be cancerous and you wanted to only have a couple of skin procedures carried out whilst this was being monitored by an oncologist?), which I felt went totally ignored. When I pleaded with this clinic, they attempted to ram their t?s and c?s down my throat. I asked the question as to what would happen if I could no longer continue treatment due to my health, and the t?s and c?s stated that customers would need to get a doctor?s note should they not be able to continue with treatment.
I wrote to Begona who is listed as an owner of the business and my email was not responded to by Begona which I found demeaning, belittling and the height of ignorance after me parting with my hard-earned money with this clinic. When the manager rang me, she then had the brass neck and the audacity to tell me that she wanted to ?sort things out for me? and that I can have the sessions individually but only at £150. This was NOT sorting out the problem and I felt totally ignored and tossed onto the scrap heap. It is clear that this clinic is only interested in money and do not give two tosses about how customers with disabilities feel. This clinic has essentially said to me go away ? we don?t want your money. Can you imagine having an invasive procedure like this, not knowing what the results will be, in addition to any side-effects and battling serious mental health issues but being told that the onus is on me to go and get medical documentation from my doctors if it doesn?t work out.
I?m sorry but the last time I checked; this was an aesthetics clinic not a box ticking exercise for a work coach in a social security facility. I can see on House of Aesthetics' negative reviews that management are becoming quite defensive with other customers and I absolutely challenge them to give me a defensive response to this review because I have plenty more to say that will have to be implemented by virtue of a new character limit. I feel abandoned, and treated like an idiot by this clinic. I feel a total lack of compassion, empathy and respect. They have been outrageous in their dealings with myself and I have never in my life been declined the ability to pay and monitor progress going forward taking into account my health. This is not Home Bargains where you can buy one get one free type of a deal, it is an invasive procedure that doesn?t work on everyone, but this clinic obviously does not understand that they are literally pushing customers away. Can you imagine if you had skin cancer and having to go and get medical documentation from your doctor to get out of a finance agreement for a cosmetic procedure? OUTRAGEOUS and SCANDELOUS!

I have been receiving IPL treatment for Rosacea at the clinic in Bromley with Davie May. I was very anxious at first as this was a newly diagnosed skin condition. My dermatologist prescribed steroid cream and antibiotics which I wasn?t keen to take and therefore went ahead with the IPL treatment. I have had my second treatment and my skin is so much better and brighter. The redness has calmed down to the point it?s disappeared which I am so happy about. I have also been using the creams that Davie recommended which have really helped. Davie is fantastic and really has a passion for her job which you will instantly see when you meet her. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone to help with their skin conditions.
