I would say that this is by far the best dry cleaners in and around Bromley. Unbelievably helpful and very efficient. Couldn?t be more pleased.

I tried to give local businesses a helping hand. Despite my wife having the same issues, we tried them again. Needed a suit and dress dry-cleaned for a wedding. Needed them back by the Thursday. Agreed with Hashim that it would be ready by Wednesday afternoon. I went to collect on Thursday morning. not ready. They closed on Wednesday for a "family emergency" so i was asked to come back in an hour. I didn't have an hour but had no choice. Came back and they weren't ready "could I wait 5 mins. !0 mins later its ready so missed a meeting, Got home and found they hadnt returned the belt on my wife's dress. Phoned them and they tried to deny ever having it. Eventually they found it and we had to go back for the 3rd time. Lots of apologies no compensation offered, we will never use them again!Service: Laundry wash & fold

I wanted my cushion cover to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up after a few days the same mark was still there. I don't think they cleaned it at all, just put a plastic sheet over it. I wouldn't go back!

Took my wool coat to be dry cleaned, picked it up yesterday and noticed today large burn on hem,absolutely ruined,thanks.will not use them again and won't recommend ever.

Since they have been taken over its just gone downhill badly. Nothing is ready on time, no number to call them, prices don't reflect the poor service. Been a customer over 10 years but last time I am using them.
