We brought our daughter to the Bromley branch of H Samuel to get her ears pierced. She was understandably nervous but Mia was absolutely wonderful with her, explaining the process, helping select a pair of earrings she would like, and doing a fantastic job of the actual piercings. Nearly two weeks on they look great and thanks to the aftercare advice Mia gave us, our daughter has had no problems so far. We were very impressed with the service provided.

Clare, who served me in your Bromley Store, where I purchased a matching set of Ruby earrings and ruby necklace for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary, was very patient and helpful. She took the time to show me further descriptions of the set online on her iPad. This purchase was made on 4.7.25

BE CAUTIOUS!!
I bought a ring from H Samual which couldn?t fit my partner as it was too small and couldn?t physically be worn. I had to return it to this branch of H Samuel. I happened to be attended to by a woman named Clare, who as it transpired was the branch manager. She made accusations that the item was worn and there were scratches. If it cannot fit, how can it be worn? She refused to process the refund and advised me to sell it on eBay. Firstly, I found that unprofessional and very unhelpful. She spent most of her time trying to avoid issuing a refund. Speaking about her overheads which leads me to think she is only interested in NOT having the any refund on her books due to sales targets.
Due to this experience I would not use this branch, it has almost turned me off H Samuel as a whole. To summarise, I was sold a ring by H Samuel?s that had scratches on it, (I know now that I should have scrutinised their item) but then they refused to refund me. That is deceitful.
AVOID! This has taught me that even big companies will attempt to sell damaged goods to you, so always check any jewellery.
