I've been here 3 times and the food is always cold hardly anything was available to buy to eat fancied a steak bake had to settle for a chicken bake as thats the only thing I could get due to not eating pork when I asked if any stake bakes are coming out the answer was no I have to put them in the oven. I felt like saying PUT THEM IN THEN WHAT YOU WAITING FOR! But I didn't as I didn't want to be rude. Got some potato wedges for the kids which were half cooked, packet doughnuts were soggy upon opening luckily I was on my way home so I was able to heat up the chicken bake in the oven before eating it. I've just spent £18 and I feel like I have been robbed. This place needs better management someone that cares about serving people food. Wont be going back.

This place is so dirty the floors are not clean and food is all over the floor the only thing that is good is that there are more seats that in there and it looks nice in the inside except the floor

Google online says it's open till 6pm I just came out of 439 Bromley Road and they close at 5.30pm I tried to use Google to edit time for Tuesday but it won't allow me to edit times I can for some odd reason permanently edit it as closed down but it won't allow it to edit closing

Crew were smiles all round, welcome change to hear friendly chatter with customers as I came in. Didn't have my fav sandwich on shelf when I came in, Kim made it to order as a result. 10/10.

I asked if it still possible gor the pepperoni pizza that I ordered to be re-heated because it?s already cold but the staff said it?s not possible anymore.

went to store this morning 15/11/23 , waiting outside in cold about 6.50am , anyway lady opened door ( Tracey ) said wont be opening for 20 mins as NO staff , i said ok , and this amazing kind caring lady , said we get you a free hot chocolate , as i was cold !! made my day someone so so kind , please give this lady a reward of some kind regards tony

Very disappointed about just eat options. They never get updated.It's over 6 month that the only hot sandwich available ham and cheese baguette.I stopped to order in greggs because of that
