Wow!! How on earth can Greggs marketing get this wrong . Bigger store ..bigger counter ..NOTHINGS CHANGED!! still the same queue , cold food, it's actually worse that the smaller store ..the wider aisle of the old store meant you could have q and walk out easily. This store lay out is amatuer . You now have to walk out via a slalom of the seating area ..as doubling back you can't as it's solid with the q ? all Gregg's did here was create more tables for people to just sit..finish their cold food and then just sit more . Amatuer marketing/management team .

I popped into this newest store yesterday afternoon with my daughter. Looks nice enough usual layout food next to the doors tills at the back, but still hey. Feeling a bit peckish not overly friendly staff went for two sausage and bean melts as the tray had just been put down so thought they've definitely got to be hot. Sat down nope stone cold. I give up I'm just not going to bother with this place anymore 9 times out of ten your foods cold I shouldn't have to keep asking for it to be hot.

Popped in as I always have weekly and for the first time in a very long long time I received the most shocking service. A lady with long hair was so busy nagging rudely at an older gent who had his tiny dog under his arm that she was oblivious to me as a customer. Was very rude to me as a result by completely ignoring me as she served me and she also served me stone cold and hard food! She obviously didn?t notice because she was too pre-occupies with being quite rude and nagging to the gentleman before me. To this lady?.. pay attention and have some respect for your job and the people you are serving rather than picking on a gentleman with his harmless dog who was safely lifted up under his arm out of harm?s way not offending anyone else. The only person serving offence was the long haired server and ignorant bully

Whent into Greggs to get a sausage roll and finally got served took a bite of the sausage roll and realised in shock 'I'm Vegan' I immediately spat it out on the ground and rushed in to talk to the person who served me that why did they not ask me Vegan or Meat before I paid and as I was soo angry I threw my sausage roll on the ground and leftVegetarian options: Not good

No words. Food is great, service is even better with positive staff and the shop is good for to go orders. Fully recommend, price wise is very good too also have a different range of foods.

Very bad service by young lady today.No smiley face, no welcoming, acting on very slow motion when picking up pastries, and rather than changing dirty paper where my food placed in, she tried to remove dirt with nails. I had to ask few times: can you please only change this paper it is dirty. Her face was even more sad.Crazy service.

Never open on time. They open at 7:11/7:12am I understand it happen sometime but not over 10min late but if you go by google said it should open at 6am that is over hour late but believe they change there time to 7am open so that need to change on google. It does seen like this Gregg never open on time specially on a Saturday

They have recently shrunk all their french sticks and pasties as well as increasing the amount of purchases you have to make to get a free item on their loyalty app. This lost them two stars but I still enjoy their french sticks and the value is still relatively good. Staff are friendly and efficient.
