Fantastic customer service from Nala (hope I?ve spelt her name correctly). She was patient, friendly, and helpful. She has only been working there a month but I couldn?t tell at all. 40 Years I have been a customer. Started as a customer at Zales in Lewisham which later became Ernest Jones. Professional, polite and friendly staff. Very knowledge about about their products and guide you regarding their selections available. All my jewellery are in fantastic condition and this is why I am a loyal customer.

Amazing service from Samantha. She was so patient and gave us some really great advice when choosing our wedding bands, we even decided to go for a watch which she adjusted to the right size and even gave my engagement band a clean.
She was really knowledgable and I ended up purchasing a really incredible band which is from the same collection as my original engagement ring which was not the one I originally thought I wanted , however she grabbed it straight away after looking at my ring and we all fell in love with it!

Once again awful service. I?ve stood in the show for 10 minutes there is bracelet and a necklace id like to try on to buy. I?ve left the shop I?ve not even been acknowledged let alone offered help. Truly bad service.

Never buy anything from here, when you try to return it or exchange it they?ll say no and it?s been worn when in fact it hasn?t. Staff are extremely rude too, they came up to me and said if you?re not buying leave the shop and I actually bought something that day. Go to Goldsmiths down the road, their customer service is lovely

Bought a chain as a Christmas present, 8 months later the chain spring claw falls out. The chain is still under warranty, but Ernest Jones wants £70 to repair it. What is the point off the warranty and paying extra for insurance? They will find any excuse for extra charge
