We bought a silentnight super king mattress from Dreams two years ago. We paid £1400 for it at the time . The mattress started getting softer and sogging on both sides ( mine and my husband?s) after the first six months. My back problems started getting worse then. My husband and I have been sinking in to the mattress which doesn?t support our spine as it should if it was of good quality and still performing as it still should be.We asked dreams for an inspection under the mattress s warranty. We just received an email saying that the mattress was performing well and no fault was identified during the inspection. We are disappointed with the way dreams handled this issue.The price of the product isn?t proportionate to the actual poor quality of the mattress and the warranty is not for the performance of the product whatsoever which is very misleading for customers. We won?t be purchasing any products from dreams in the future and would like to make others aware of this issue with the poor quality of the products in question sold by dreams.

Went to Dreams with my husband, had such a kind spoken & knowledgeable sales associate, Meryem, who made sure we were in budget and gave us time to feel the mattress after using the sleep match. Meryem & Dreams team, Thank you for your assistance, we both appreciate it.Keep up

I went here a few weeks ago when we had the heatwave to see if i could get my daughter a new bed. We were offered a drink of water on entering, but we declined.
As usual, the staff was welcoming. The young lady who was assisting us was very nice and knowledgeable. Halfway through us looking the assistant who offered us the water previously, brought us a glass of water without us asking, and we were so grateful.
We ended up finding her a bed.

Joseph at the Bromley store has exceptional knowledge across all products and excellent customer service skills. Spent 2 hours with us on Saturday and nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the store and to receive such good old fashioned customer service was a treat. We also ended up spending double what we intended, so I hope he gets commission! ? Will definitely be recommending to friends. Thank you.

Lovely shop, excellent choice and absolutely wonderful staff. Both Meryem and Joe helped us to choose a new matress today and we couldn't recommend them enough. We'll be back soon as we need a sofabed too. :)

Meryem served me today and I found her Customer Service skills to be excellent. I bought a new mattress and would thoroughly recommend Dreams to anyone. Their beds and mattresses are first class.

It was great, the store a couple weeks ago called me to confirm they can do delivery last Friday 21st May 2025, but then the customer service team at dreams sends me an email Wednesday evening 21st May to say the delivery is cancelled.
A day and a half notice isn?t professional or acceptable, I?ve now got my heavily pregnant wife sleeping on a safe as I made arrangements based on the delivery confirmation to have our old mattress and bed frame collected.
Disgusting customer service, really really not happy, it ruined a good experience and not in considering cancelling my order. I left a message with the store today, awaiting call back this isn?t acceptable.

Mackenzie at Dreams was extremely helpful in assisting me to find the right products. Always polite and, most importantly, he listened to me to understand what I was looking for. He proactively came up with suggestions without in any way trying to hard sell any products. I was very impressed with the service
