I've been coming here for years and today I had acrylic taken off to have BIBA polish. One nail was cut to short by the technician so I asked to have it built back up without acrylic. They are charging me for something that was their mistake.
I was offered an acrylic tip but as I'd just had acrylic removed this was not what I wanted.
It's not about the cost....its the principle. If you make a mistake you don't charge the customer! Especially one that's been loyal!
NEW UPDATE
A few weeks have passed since writing this review. I made a booking online to come back to Dr Nails and try again. My Booking was then cancelled because of my review on Treatwell. My phone number was also blocked!
What kind of behaviour is this? If you don't like a review you ban people! Outrageous. Luckily there's a lovely nail bar a few doors along with lovely friendly staff that did a great job for me. Thank you Glo Nails

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The service was good. The price is reasonable.
Cleanliness: Very clean the equipment is also sterile.

I went here for the first time I?m absolutely disappointed with how they treated me the service is awful! I got a pedicure and manicure the painting was awful. She advised my feet was dry after waiting nearly over an hour for my toes to dry whilst doing my hands. After finishing she advised I could put my shoes on as it?s dry when I got in my toes were smudged so badly. They only care about their regular customers I still spend £70 with an awful smudged nail and the wrong colour I requested

Such rude staff!
I?ve never seen such a sour business. Went in and asked would they be able to fit two people and when they have their next availability as I live up the road, they all completely ignored, they replied without even looking at me and mumbling. When I went in another time thinking maybe it?s a one off the woman did not look like she even wanted to do my nails. She threw the colour box on my lap. My phone was on the desk on the corner she then dropped another colour box on top of my phone. No apologies. Halfway through I explained how I like the shape done and she said to leave and come back another day. She kept moaning and complaining while trying to do my nails and I did not say a word. I should have told her how to run a business and keep clients as while I walked out 3 girls approached me and said to stay far away from that shop. To say the least, this shop shouldn?t still be open. They are so rude and all the reviews are either fake written by the workers or bad reviews. Stay away! There?s a shop down the road much nicer people

I have been to various nail salons over the years but have been using this salon for many years & have never had any issues. The new owners took over 4 years ago & every member of staff does a brilliant job! I was booked for biab with gel finish, one lady started the process with my hand and in the middle of the process, it was given to a man to finish. I was not very pleased but she told me he will do it quicker. I had biab before and I know how it's done, this time , this guy he only used one coat of the biab builder which I was a bit concerned but didn't say anything because he seemed quite defensive and rude. When I told him to remove my cuticles which other salon does for free, he told me he will charge me £6 for it, which I paid anyway. Last but not least , I have some gems placed on 2 of my fingers which sadly fell off in 2 days. Not really impressed, would never use this salon again

I have never met such rude staffIt?s almost like they didn?t want to talk to me at allI said I don?t like the shape of my nails can you fix it, they guy said no it?s fineWhen asked if I was done he said no, he came back put some cuticle oil didn?t say anything and I?m just sat there till someone else told me I?m done, like it baffles me he didn?t say he?s done he just moved on to the next personWould never go here again

LOVED that you can pay with card. They had a water machine. Chairs are comfy and staff are very polite and accommodating when you ask for adjustments to nails. I had full set acrylic with design and she really took her time.
My husband had a many pedi but said it wasn't as thorough as he likes. That being said he didn't ask for adjustments and in all honesty I think if he did they would have accommodated. He?ll give them another try and go from there.
I recommend booking an appointment in advance as they get super busy Friday through weekend. I went in at 10:15 on a Friday and they couldn't see me till 2:45pm. Do keep in mind they take a deposit for your appointment.

Been to a lot of nail shops but these has been the best by far. Great service and my feet look great the lady who done my feet payed attention to detail. Will definitely be returning.
