I am so lucky to have this chemist at the end of my road! Temi & Sude bend over backwards to help, I am a very regular customer and have never been for over 10 years, I have never been disappointed with the customer service provided by all that work there, they are happy to help and advise accordingly! I was welcomed with so much enthusiasm, the staffs and the pharmacist were so friendly and helpful. I would always come to the pharmacy for my prescriptions and other health matters.

They never pick the phone up called multiple times over the course of 5 months why even bother paying for a landline if you are too lazy to pick up the phone when you get a call.

hellojust to say that I am really happy with the staff at this shop,they really have turned things around.especially the young man I think his name is Darren he is absolutely amazing, he takes after Bayan. I really enjoy coming in on the Saturdays just to talk to Darren he really is amazing at his job he is really quick and does a really good job when he gets my medications ready. he really goes beyond to make sure that the customers are happy and he is doing a well done job at that.he is the only male working there but he really does make the shop a million times better. ive been coming to the shop when Bayan was there and then he left so I was going to leave too until I met the young man Darren.honestly I have never met such a nice man. sometimes I see him around outside and even then he still is amazing because I asked him for some advice and he still helps me even outside his work.he is always really smart dressed looking like a chemist there.I hope his manager is looking after him really well as I don't think ill ever see someone like him again.I wish him all the best and ill be sure to bring him a lovely box of chocolate on Saturday.thanks, kyawwin

My husband came this morning at 10.30am (Saturday) to collect my medication that was ready to be collected. Upon arriving the door the was locked the lights were off but there was staff inside.He knocked and was told that the pharmacist hadn?t turned up for work today so they probably wouldn?t be open for the rest of the day.My medication was ready to collect as I had a text, they wouldn?t even let us pick it up, on a normal day the pharmacist does not need to be there for a collection as it had already been dispensed.My husband was collecting my emergency inhaler that I needed and have run out of.They didn?t even offer to reverse the prescription so he could collect it from somewhere else, just said nothing can be done today and closed the door.Really bad customer service!!

Impossible to get through to them. I made a complaint to head office already and they assured me they would prioritise the communication. It?s been 6 weeks and still no change.The old team used to be on the ball, efficient and friendly. The new team is quite appalling and an embarrassment to the NHS. Sort it out!

This pharmacy is useless, your prescription is never there, despite getting a text saying it is. It?s so painful dealing with them that I think I?ll stay ill without medication next time!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I can't believe how rude the staff are. Went in to refund a product I bought from thier shelves 2 days prior on the premise I could refund it if the other product I brought alongside it worked, they refused the refund even though the product had not been opened and I had the receipt. Asked to talk to the manager and was shouted at by the women on reception when trying to explain the situation.
