My 1 star is not to anyone in the bromley store.my 1 star terrible service is to the actual customer service in the main office that you get through to when you ring the number that's available.i rang them twice trying to find out what's happening with my order I ordered in store.she said she will Tey get in touch with the store twice and said she can't get through to them so I have to go into store. I asked for the number to get in touch with them directly and her answer is i don't have a number to give.then I replied so how did you ring them to tell me that you couldn't get through to store then.and she said we don't have a number and then put the phone down. How does people get away with working in a company like this and get away with a attitude like this

Unfortunately CD players that are compatible with a record player aren't of Interest to Currys.At least the staff are honest and admit that nothing these days are made to last over 5 years unless your going to spend a fortune.

Best customer service I?ve ever experienced. Having been to the Sydenham curry?s earlier in the day and was disappointed with my experience I went to the Bromley Curry?s where I was greeted by Nicola. She went above and beyond to help with my query and helped me sort out a replacement hoover.

Ordered an item from Currys online, the following day I get an email telling me that the order had been cancelled. No surprise when I tried to reorder the price had gone up by £75. numerous calls to their customer service and 3 weeks later still no resolution or compensation I have now written to the ceo and have received an email promising a speedy response. I'm not going to hold my breath.

Curry's return policy is that they don't accept returns. As a result of the recebt interaction, I will stop buying at Currys and instead use Amazon

Great store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Downside is that not much staff is available, so the wait can be a bit long.
