Terrible hygiene. Wet cutlery and wet plates with the sandwich on top. Friendly service, but dirty chairs and dirty tables and wet cutlery, and it's not just Costa. Such a strong brand is losing its quality standards.

Visited this costa on a number of occasions the store manager has absolutely no matters appalling customer service shouting at customers and over charging costumers.
I expressed I didn?t think the bill was correct and was told if I didn?t like the price and his attitude to leave the shop
I was utterly appalled and disgusted I wouldn?t recommend spending your hard earned money here

The food here is really good but it is quite pricey sometimes the tables have not been cleaned but overall its alright

Efficient and good Mocha coffee

I ordered extra hot mocha but was given lukewarm, although I repeated 3 times that I enjoy my coffee when it is extra hot. Staff were friendly butthat part of coffee was disappointing.

Kindly know your customisations!! New store manager will get your sales target ? done!! Spot on Costa. Also brand excellence needs to visit the cafe. Allergens needs to be taught as well

On the lower floor of The Glades Shopping Centre. Adequate seating, toilets at the upper level, no wi-fi but can sign up to the shopping centre's wi-fi.

When I ask for not to hot coffee I don?t expect you to pour cold milk out of the jug. Not to hot is 120 degrees. If you was to get a costa check you?d easily fail it. Absolutely ridiculous on top of that we pay nearly up to £5 for a drink can?t even be bothered to make. I will have to get in contact with health and safety people. Not professional at all.
