First day the store was empty, I was looking for a new foundation, nails polish & blush. The lady gave personalised advice, tried de products & teach me to apply it at home. And today the store was quite busy, I was just looking for some blush & concealer, but I have got same experience. “Boots opticians were quietly efficient and patient with my needs. I had to cancel twice (not so easy to contact them to warn them but understanding). The process was easy and optical tests performed professionally. My fears of cataracts were allayed and mercifully there was no seedy attempts at upselling for further tests which another optician tries. The spectacles arrived within a week and they have been great.”
