I had a much better time getting school shoes for my two children here in Bromley, than I did at Clarks Orpington last year. I had booked an appointment (which I really recommend) so we did not have long to wait. My children have quite narrow feet, but they had suitable shoes in stock so we didn?t need a second visit, and in fact we got some nice trainers too with the £10 off offer. Thank-you!

Customer service assistant, Alex, was very patient and friendly with helping me find the right sized shoes. She also applied the exclusive online 15% discount at the till, so I didn?t have to return home and order the shoes online to get the discount. Very pleased ??

Good quality shoes but fewer options

Really awful service. Booked an appointment online, walked in and all the staff on the floor that weren?t busy went out the back. Was waiting for 20 minutes and someone who just walked in got seen to STRAIGHT AWAY , finally someone came over and got a colleague to come over to us. He didn?t measure my child?s foot flat on the floor so wasn?t accurate whatsoever. After he measured my child?s feet, he walked off and got someone else shoes in their child?s size??? We left empty handed in the end. Awful awful awful. Go to beckenham instead!!!!
