Such worse service I haven't seen in years. Got paid pennies for the same game I bought from the same shop with the excuse they are scratched which they clearly were not scratched at all as they were played only minutes cause I didn't like the games. So if you care about your money,go visit the orpington CEX. Bromley CEX is the worst I've seen on many years

I don't think my brand new PS5 will start scratching the dvd's,but that's not a problem.
The problem is , after this,I will start demanding lower prices for scratched dvd's I find in the shop. While you can pull this out of nowhere,I don't understand why I can't do the same.
I have paid for ages the price you have asked for .
Also, Robocop the rogue city has a £10 buying price and I was offered £7. For a game that you sell for £18. The game sucks. I played 10 minutes. I put the dvd back on the case. Took it to the shop to be offered a silly price .

Crap company policies. Drove 30 min to buy a pixel 8a, paid 6£ for parking. The price in the window was 220, at the counter the lady asked for 270, as the product was a different price because of the colour.
LE: the price was changed when I wanted to pay for it. It was a price on display and a different price at the till! This is misleading and feels like false advertising. Wasted time, money, and left with nothing. Definitely won?t be coming back.

Just got home after purchasing a second-hand Iphone SE, really impressed with the condition the phone is in considering it is second hand. Want to say a big thank you to the young man who served me and advised me on what phone to buy as he was excellent and very helpful, a credit to your store. Heartbreaking experience and terrible customer care
I bought a video game from this shop, only to later receive the same game from an old eBay order that had been delayed and misdelivered. I returned to the shop a week later ? with the game in perfect condition ? and explained everything honestly. I even showed proof of the previous purchase. The staff member said he believed me? but still refused to offer a refund because of their strict 48-hour return policy.
I wasn?t asking for my money back just to walk away. I was ready to buy a different game ? one that was three times the price. Instead, they offered to buy the game off me for a much lower amount, essentially making me lose money on a product I didn?t even use.
To make things worse, my 11-year-old was with me, hoping to exchange the game for a new one he was really excited about. I had to walk him out of the shop in tears.
Most stores show at least some flexibility, especially when customers are honest and looking to spend more. This shop clearly doesn?t value customers, loyalty, or basic decency. We won?t be back.

I was happy finding the stuff I wanted in cex and I like this store I use it regulary to get video games but today a member staff was kinda rude to me I understand I am autistic and bit slow but he looked totally unbothered serving me and was bit of rude and kinda makes me not want to come back. But I found the stuff I wanted and happy with the cheap deal I got it. :)

Absolutely amazing! I got Battlefront 2 for only £4! Make sure to sell the Nintendo games, especially the Lego ones, because they'll always take it in for loads, maybe £15 to £20 in some cases. They also have a lot of very cheap Assassin's Creed games, but I didn't get any myself. Would definitely recommend for any gamers on a budget

Horrible servicey from grumpy and rude staff. They literally wasted a day of my time having me to coma back a day later to evaluate their 50£ cash offer on three phones. Just to then tell me they would not get the phones and would refuse the trade - which i'd be fine with if they didn't lose the packaging and accessories for all three of them in the process. Which I would also be fine with if they just apologised rather than blatantly lie to my face asserting they never got the rest of the package. Shameful service, shameful company, absolutely inadequate for actual legitimate business.
