Great seating area with a balcony overlooking the park. Very let down by chaotic ordering system and grumpy counter servers. Really need to sort this out! The food is so, so TBH.

Had scrambled eggs and sasauge and mushrooms this morning. First round of scrambled eggs were cold. These were replaced by rubbery scrambled eggs. Both of which had been done in microwave as was the hard sasauge so left it all. Would not go back again.

We ordered a latte, a sandwich and panini. The coffee was horrible, totally tasteless and food was inedible.

Poor service, overpriced and not taste at all. My 3 years old kid makes better scrambled eggs on toast. Latte coffee tasted like dirty water of the amount of iced it was in it. + £20 for what it is on the picture.

The cafe was clean and welcoming but the food was lacking and the male staff seemed half asleep still (it was 9 in the morning) one member of female staff was very lovely and bubbly though

I visited Café Giardino in Bromley and had the BBQ chicken melt panini ?it was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and cooked perfectly! The only downside was that the first drinking glass I was given was dirty. I let the waitress know, and she was very polite and quickly brought me a clean one, which I appreciated. Overall, great food and friendly service, just a little attention needed to detail.

Been going here since 2015, food is excellent and fresh, the service at the counter in the last 2-3 years has been okay-ish? there?s definitely a decline in the quality of service and I agree with the other comment, their ordering service has become a little bit complicated. I get it pasta needs to be ordered somewhere else, so I go to pasta section and next thing you know a customer accuses me of queue jumping with no intervention from staff? so yeah, I would definitely say the ordering service is not like Costa. And for context, whenever I came in the first person by the entrance was always able to give me my panini and pasta so not sure with the change of process and attitude.
Apart from that, I stand by the fact the food is amazing and full of fresh produce! and also a shoutout to the younger server for going above and beyond with their service (I?m sorry I couldn?t catch your name). I just can?t say the same for the management team/team members who?ve been there for years and based on talking to my colleagues and family friends, I am glad I am not alone on this.

I have tried milkshakes from different cafes but this one by far was the least desirable. Not rich in taste or texture and not well presented though.

It was my first visit today with my two daughters, a Monday lunchtime. Started to get busy as we left, which was around 1 o'clock.
Two of us had the full English breakfast ( £10+ for what you see in pic per plate), and we were very disappointed, only one sausage and one slice of bacon. Baked beans weren't great, a bit watery. I thought that was a bit mean. Left feeling a little hungry still, which wasn't what I was expecting. My daughter had a tuna melt, which looked nice. I'd go elsewhere for breakfast unless they changed things. (Just noticed a review 9 months ago saying same thing re portion sizes re breakfast so comments dont seem to have been addressed! ) Apart from that it seemed like a nice place to eat, clean, and well run.
I think I'd eat somewhere else though in future, comments are read and not addressed.

Always happy to visit Cafe Giardino, staff is always smiling and trying to help, Mr Renato always try his best to accommodate customer needs! Child friendly place with plenty high chairs!
It is usually busy so you might have to be a bit patient to place your order.

A lovely Italian cafe with a huge choice. The standard portion of carbonara was all I could eat and it was excellent. It's always busy but that's a good sign.
