Sadly an abysmal service. Infact have felt they have added to the problems not helped. Helped fill in form for attendance allowance, but then shocked to find we were turned down. Didn't seem to understand the parameters Pension Credit set at all. Then kept calling us, and then when we tried to respond, never picked up... read full comment

Awful. Should not be considered a service. They’re just robots on email. Google provides more information and compassion. Total waste of tax payers money. All they do is fob you off with publicly available phone numbers. They don’t provide any support at all. I practically begged for help. They. Don’t. Care.
