I advise against using this place. What they did to me after waxing eyebrows and tint is burn. Wax was too hot and I got burns really bad day before going on holidays. No apology or refund. I would attach a picture but I don't have that optionService: Eyebrow shaping

Had super nails done here today. I've now found my place to return to! I rarely have them done, more for weddings, parties etc and have had some dreadful experiences where I've left and my nails have actually hurt. Today was totally different, took a lot of care and attention to detail. Very very pleased and will definitely be returning.... also had spray tans done here twice and was very pleased both times with the results.Service: Acrylic nails

I really liked my experience here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and frank about what sort of level of tan I should go for and they explained the way to get best results and things I should keep in mind. Mel looked after me today, she was brilliant, friendly and very professional. I've just done my first shower since the spray tan and am really happy with the result, it's a bit scary before you shower because it can look quite dark and uneven but then magically out of the shower everything looks great and even. I will be going back.Also, I was worried about the complaints of the smell, but I can't say I smelt anything other than typical beauty salon smells like the nail polish and spray tan itself etc.Service: Tanning

I went to get a fake tan before I went away, I decided to get it done 5 days before so that if the result was too dark I could leave it to fade.I attended my appointment and she was nice to me during my appointment however the salon had an unbearable smell of Cigarettes that hit me as soon as I went in and make me feel nauseous as she was completing my treatment.However after I finished my treatment I looked at my arm and it looked a bit patchy, I mentioned it to her and she said that it would fix itself as it developed.I thought that as she is the one completing the treatment that she would know what she?s doing so I took her advice and left it to develop. (As she is the owner of the salon)I went home, went to sleep and when I woke up my fingers were orange, they had a stark line around the fingertips, And I had a line down my forearm that was orange. As i was unsatisfied with the results I contacted the salon she said ? this has never happened before? and agreed to refund me which took over 3 weeks. I kept having to message her about it and she said she would bank transfer me personally which she didn?t. I had to end up going to the salon in person and say i?ll dispute it with my bank for her to refund me.I never write reviews but the whole refund process was such a hassle and unacceptable customer service I had to.Service: Tanning

After a re schedule appointment, I turned up on time I was seen 40 minutes later dispute one of the therapists telling my eyelashes tech I was waiting. I paid for Russian volume lashes but my appointment only lasted 20 minutes, within 24hrs I had lost a fair amount of lashes the lashes where cheap quality and definitely not Russian lashes which I had paid for. The salon also smells of cigarettes. AVOID

Came here for the first time on Friday and it was such a pleasant experience. I came a few minutes late and was told I might not be able have my brows waxed and tinted but they can do my lash lift and tint which I was fine with but they managed to do both for me!The results are amazing. My brows came out so much better than I had ever expected and I?m so happy with the results of everything.The location is so beautiful and such a relaxing and nice experience. I will be coming back for more treatments!
