No longer remind you to collect your prescriptions then say they never received from the doctors. I?m without my prescription because of this now. Hoping I can get it sorted tomorrow but doubt I will be.

Okay, so I wanted to write a negative review because there was a mistake with prescription? but the store manager Michael actually reached out to me personally and was super professional. He explained very clearly what had happened and was very apologetic.

Absolutely appalling. I came to pick up my prescription at 3pm but I was told to come back later. The prescription had been sitting there since 10am and no one bothered to check it. I came back 10 minutes before closure and the doors were already locked. I could see people inside, so I knocked, but they chose to ignore me.
I?m changing my prescription to Medbank next door and never shopping in this hole ever again.

What a great little Boots store we have in Hayes. Staff are very helpful, prescription collection process much better than ever before and very well stocked for such a small location. The Pharmacists are always so helpful with advice and urgent requests too. Thanks for supporting our community :(

Much improved pharmacy (in comparison to last year) - have sent prescription multiple times and always receive on time. Have noticed a real change in quality of pharmacy services available.
Prescription turn around time has been thankfully much shorter.

I always feel like customers in this shop are a total inconvenience to the staff there. I actually had my change thrown across the counter when I questioned why nobody was serving behind the counter. I get that prescriptions need doing, but to the exclusion of everything else?

Service here is so substandard that even the chemist a few doors up is better. People waiting to pay for goods held up an unacceptable time while everyone is dealing with prescriptions and backlog. Painfully slow and a woefully stocked branch.

At 9am, a notice on the door read, that because a pharmacist wasn't available, the store could not open. I didn't need a pharmacist to buy toiletries so why couldn't the store open? . . .

Visited today approximately 12:35 to collect a prescription. After waiting in a long queue, was told it wasn't ready despite being sent the previous day. Lady behind the counter informed me it would be ready in about 15 minutes and if I arrived before 1 I could collect as they were closing for a lunch break from 1-2. Went away and came back at 12:55 to find the door locked, tried calling twice and the phone was off the hook.

After receiving prescription that was late already through post from consultant, on behalf of disabled daughter, we phoned hayes boots to check they had med in stock, which they did.Went there and was told despite all important details being correct because my daughters first name was missed off, they wouldn't accept it.After phoning PRUH hospital pharmacy we were told boots could check patient records on system. After telling pharmacist at boots this he refused to look on records and refused to give meds despite my daughter not having any meds for weekend.Thanks for nothing _ we will be escalating this further.
