The worst nail I ever had, I was so excited for Ang to do my nails, but I was very disappointed and now have to be with these nails for another 3 weeks, and I had a special occasion to go to. I would like a refund.

Recently started going to this place, first time i needed to fix one of my nails(done in a different shop) and they didn?t hesitate to help me free of charge.
The staff are absolutely professional and very friendly.
I had a wonderful time today and my nails look fab.

Great atmosphere, the workers are lovely and flexible. A lovely job was done on my nails but I hadn?t communicated well enough on exactly what I?d wanted, after the nails were done I didn?t feel they were quite what I envisioned - simply because I hadn?t communicated it well enough to begin with- and when I requested for them to change it they were very flexible and worked to tackle the issue to better suit my wants and make me satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

I overall really like the quality of nails and the attention at Beau Tribu. However, I find that the number of staff (around 8 the last time I visited) makes it for a very loud environment where they constantly and rather loudly talk to one another. I had forgotten to bring my headphones and I have to say it?s getting a bit overwhelming. Of course it?s fine for staff to chat amongst themselves or with the customer - however i feel like it?s rather amongst themselves in a quite loud way that takes over the whole space.

I was booked in with Maria. She was amazing. This was my first wax & she made me feel very comfortable and made the experience less ?scary?. Would definitely recommend her!

I had a fantastic experience at Beau Tribu. Despite being busy and without an appointment, they attended to me immediately. The staff were friendly and professional, and my nails look amazing. Great customer service ? I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Unorganised place, made me wait an hour for my appointment because they were overbooked and running late. When it came to pay it was £38, then only 1 person said sorry for the wait but that was it. I didn't realise it at the time, but 2 of my nails were put on crooked. One of my acrylic nails has since fallen off and my other nails are loose and they clearly weren't put on properly because they should be sticking more, not practically falling off. Now my nail looks awful.

Just had the most relaxing pedicure ever and even though this place was really busy, the atmosphere was so chilled. It was lovely just to sit in the massage chair, feet in a hot foot spa then enjoy my pedicure. Didn't know the guys name who did my pedicure but he did a really good job. Think I dozed off a couple of times too. Highly recommend this place
