The shop manager comes across as being very committed and dedicated and is always very courteous and pleasant. She manages a crowded shop extremely well.

All the staff are very professional, friendly, kind and very helpful. The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and you really feel at home. I love to give them trade and help this charity as that is the most important thing.
