Very pleasant local trditional pub with good service and great prices.
Nice layout, airy and light; garden area for the smokers. Good choice of beverages, and fantastic value, served with gently hospitality that made you feel welcome.
Some parking, but like most urban pubs its limited, and who goes to a pub by car these days with fantastic public transport to take the stress of driving away?
Did not try the food, so no rating for that.

My local as a resident of WP. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable and Pub is generally clean. Patrons are a decent bunch, mainly tradies enjoying a well earned beer. Feel comfortable enough to bring my 8 year old in during the day to watch the football. Decent sized beer garden. Was very tempted to drop a star because they took Brixton off! Would have been a bit mean though.

Srlved beer in filthy glass, when pointed out baan just poured the contaminated beer into o slightly cleaner one. Absolute faith. Do not go here.

Brought my mother to the pub for dinner. When they brought out the food, they gave me the wrong dish. Only after the server had left did I realise it was wrong, but I didn't want to make a fuss and waste the dish so I just ate what they had given me.
Another sever comes later with my actual dish and they realised they had given me another patrons food. Obviously we had started eating so couldnt give the food back, so we just finished the food we had, and the server took our original dishes back to the kitchen.
The presumed manager comes out later to ask why we didn't send the food back and complains that the other patrons had demanded a refund for not getting their food. Whilst telling us, his paying customers, off like we're stupid children, not once was there an apology from him for them bringing us the wrong food in the first place. Blaming us for losing customers and taking no accountability for mistakes on their end (messing up our order)
Moments before I was telling my mother how nice the pub was and how we will come back here more often for dinner.
Now, never coming here again. Quite disappointing.

Sometimes quite loud but overall a great experience! And there?s always a quieter area to find. I definitely recommend it
