“Absolutely top class customer service can't help you enough local and very reasonable priced with a wide range of goods all the staff are really friendly been going here for years and never had a bad experience”
“I visit this store a lot and the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I also infinitely prefer the self service tills in Tesco to those in rival stores.”
“This supermarket has everything you could possibly need, and the quality of the products is generally quite good. However, I was a bit surprised to find that the prices were on the high side, especially given the name "Costcutter." Nonetheless, it's still a convenient and reliable option for all your grocery needs.”
“you walk in, the atmosphere is unbeatable. You are greeted by a friendly security guard with a huge smile on his face. Stepping forward the isles are tightly packed with mouth watering food. There’s so many options you’re overwhelmed with what to choose. Slowing making your way the clean floors sparkle with the flu-recent white lighting. You make your way to the checkout and the cashier is quick to pack your things so you can be out and continue with your busy day. This co-op has brang me experiences like no other. Best co-op out there 10/10”
“Jay's Budgens is a delight nestled in the heart of Crofton Park. This is no normal convenience shop. It is owned and ran by local businessman Jay and staffed by a number of family members and friends, helping to engender a local community feel. Visit anytime and indulge in delicious, well spiced 80 pence vegetable samosas or, for an even bigger treat, visit on a weekend where you cna indulge in a range of well priced, delicious pieces from across the range of cultural offerings present in this fine shop.
This morning, for instance, I dropped in for a dleicious pakora and pickle sandwich and also 2 samosas - a delicious and different brunch all for the low low price of just £5.60 in total. This food can be paired with one of a wide range of drinks available in store such as Lauren James themed Pepsi max (pictured) as well as a a number of less commercialised, more obscure offerings.
You can also stock up on many of the most important household items at Jay's Budgens sich as Handheld folding fans (£9.99) £1 kitchen roll, or whatever your choice form of nicotine consumption is.
Service always comes with a friendly greeting and smile at Jay's Budgens - something which doesn't go amiss in today's world of speed checkout at Lidl and self scan machines at Sainsbury's or other large retailers.
Definitely worth a visit, check it out sometime!”
