Absolutely terrible , I have paid for express delivery for 2 parcels , they couldn?t deliver 2 days in a row because supposedly they couldn?t access the place. My aunt was by the window all the time as a precaution so we wouldn?t miss it - no one came. I will make a formal complain as this kind of situation should be handled by the relevant departments.

Very fast delivery. They received the package in the morning from Jubilee MC and had it delivered by 14.30 same day. They even sent a photo for proof of delivery.

Please update your website for opening times, went to the post office at 6pm after work to pick up my incredibly delayed package only for them to shut the door on me and say we are closed.

Received a text message from RM saying the Brixton Delivery Office would delivery my parcel between 8am-9am. Made myself available that time but no delivery. Then my door rang randomly at 11:30am for half a ring, by the time I got to the video entry system the call was already closed so I couldn't see who was there / open the door. I grabbed my keys and went outside - no one outside. Then I received an SMS from RM saying they tried to deliver my parcel at 11:30am but I didn't reply? Erm? Could your driver wait more than 5 seconds next time? Or ring a neighbour to leave the parcel inside like the other delivery drivers do? Such an inconvenience as I needed my parcel today.

I don't understand the negative reviews of this place. It's so much better than any other customer service point I've used. There's usually always two people to help, and they're efficient, informative and friendly.Once they marked the wrong date on my parcel on storing, and the chap who took the card went back and took the time to rectify his colleague's mistake and spared me frustration and time.The hours have been a bit changeable with covid, but they keep them updated on Google Maps.
