The staff are really slow except when there is tall gentleman there who does everything he does not even go to toilet or take a lunch break. The post office is fine but it could be faster because it has two counters!!!

Don't bother using this as a DHL drop-off point - they absolutely do not have the capability.

What an awful experience. Went to collect a parcel, only to be brought out someone else parcel even though I had shown my id. After waiting 5-10 mins they told me to come back on Monday, even though I had the UPS proof of delivery to this shop 2 days prior. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. Eventually a woman came out and told me I'd have to get in touch with DHL. I replied it was a UPS parcel and then they brought the parcel out. God knows why they didn't know it was UPS when I showed the proof of delivery or why they didn't think to check the UPS parcels.
The main issue here was the rudeness of the man behind the counter. What a horrible person. Avoid this shop at all costs.

They hold packages hostage and don?t care, and refuse to give one minute they have next they don?t , shouting to call the police on me , and held my parcel because they felt disrespected about me being upset about my parcel I will no longer be giving a dime to them

Extremely rude. Arrogant. Bigoted and very dismissive old man at the till. Was asking for help and he had the cheek to tell me to get out of the way that I was bothering customers. One brother said to me that don't worry that I was not bothering them. I noticed they like patronising and disrespecting 'African' People.then with same breath suck up to 'English' people. Isn't that like biting the hands that feeds you! Especially in this location.. we should not be contributing to such hedious and blatant discrimination. I will only recommend to my enemies.
