Every time I have been to this Mcdonalds they appear understaffed. They take on average 20 minutes to give you your food if you?re dining in, half the time there?s no one there to serve you at the drive-through it?s ridiculous. I just went to the drive thru , we had to repeatedly honk to be served & the only person apologetic was the manager. This place needs to start hiring and distribute their work efficiently, because their service is the poorest I have ever seen in a mcdonalds

Very long wait even though there weren't many cars using the drive thru. Very pleasant worker who took my order but long wait. Maybe we've become to impatient and expect things instantly!

Ordered on App and had to speak with a member of staff as App stated that I had already collected my order...
But was sorted out in the end...

Staff couldn't understand what I was saying at thr drive through, then proceeded to serve mcdonalds that I can only assume was cooked with a hairdryer. The paper bag had more moisture
