Good afternoon, I arrived at the bank at 16:22 and the bank was already closed. How is it possible that it is closed before hours when the closing time is at 17:00 pm, they should control the passage at the Brixton bank.

Absolutely first class service from the Manager Anthony James .I had to visit the Branch for Help and Advice on a Power of Attorny matter The manager was very well dressed ,polite patient and made me feel.at ease He was very knowledgable and easily led me through the procedure in a unhurried informative manner . Just close this branch already as it is not fit for purpose anyway. Opening time 9:30am, but paper in the window says ?staff shortages, we will open 10:00am?. Line of people builds, everyone waiting in the rain, including elderly. At 10:01am member of staff swaps the paper in the window ?staff shortages, we will open 10:30am?. Not a word to 15 people outside, just knock on the glass and pointing new poster. Appalling.

Avoid. The wait time Is ridiculous! Every time I go there it takes me one hour to finish what I need to do. Horrible customer service.

they close for brunch time and they don?t advice about that. after 4 banks in central london that they are opening late specially today some of them i don?t know why or close. it is the worst costumer service. they don?t take care about their costumer. they don?t respect the opening hours and they don?t advise or if they do with a paper in the door not online so annoying.

This branch is pretty grotty. I'm disappointed they are unable to help with identity verification even for a long-term customer... At least they were polite to explain this.

Went in branch for some general information regarding foreign currency accounts and the member of staff (Ahmed) was really helpful and knowledgeable with the information he provided me. Was in a rush and he helped me with my enquiries quickly and smoothly. Great customer service !!!!

This bank no word of a lie is the best bank i have ever come across i am autistic and the manager and all her staff deserve a medal i have a problem with understanding paperwork and they have shown me ways in which suits my needs theres been times where ive made silly mistakes on my paper work and it was dealth with professionally and according to my needs
