Really disappointing service. They couldn?t even replace a simple single-speed bicycle chain. One staff member tried upselling me with unnecessary new tires and struggled to answer basic mechanical questions. Halfords really need to hire people who actually understand the trade they?re working in

I went to this store on Sunday with a friend to look at some parts that we needed and saw a security guard that was walking around and asked him if he could help he was very rude and ignorant he said it?s not he?s job and had an attitude problem he was speaking on he?s phone while at work also was very rude had no people skills and has a very bad level of understanding this store use to be well managed and now it is a joke you go in there and get staff talking down to the customers would definitely not recommend it and rather spend my money else where very disappointed.

I would like to mention Ashanti and also Dan too great customer service, both very polite and friendly was a pleasure being served by Ashanti. When I collected my bike I was seen by Dan he was very helpful when heightening my bike seat and explaining a few questions and queries I was unsure of much appreciated for your help and service guys hopefully see you in the future when I come for my bike checks.

Worst Halford store in London. Unhelpful staff. All of them rushing to do their thing and not caring for anything else. The man at the number plate printer refusing to serve with a an attitude . What a joke of a store

Would give zero stars if I could. I booked an appointment online to fix a chip in my windscreen. On arrival at my time slot I was told that Nick the mechanic wasn't due in until an hour later. After driving half an hour to get there I begrudgingly waited around for another hour, and Nick still managed to be 10 minutes late. He then said it was my fault because 'I wasn't supposed to book online and that it was a walk-in job'.
He then told me he had to drill into the windscreen upon which I had a 50/50 chance of the windscreen cracking or shattering. I've since found out that is absolute nonsense - he just wasn't bothered, or worse, didn't know how to fix a windscreen. A complete waste of time - my experience here was diabolical.
